I just made a pasta salad with lots of spendy ingredients, only to have to throw it out it was so bad. Wayyy to sweet. What happened to the original recipe? I used to love this dressing in all salads and to use as a marinade. It's definitely changed, and not for the better. Time to change brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using this salad dressing as a marinade. It has a nice amount of fat which really perked up the vegetables we used it with. It's got a nice robust flavor that you can taste well even after being grilled. I like the flip top on the bottle which makes it easy to open and close so I could use it over two different preparations and keep the remainder fresh in between. There have been a lot of alternative types of salad dressings lately with no fat or yogurt or something in them which are delicious but when you want a marinade you need something like this wishbone dressing that is oil and vinegar based. The flavor is satisfying and somehow familiar so we found that everyone who tries it generally likes it. Please consider making a spicy version!

I stopped buying years ago, when the formula was changed. I loved marinated steaks in the old formula and I can no longer make my pasta salad. It’s sad to change a good product. Ken’s Zesty Italian is the closest I can get. It’s not good on pasta salad either. You are no longer honoring your roots, by changing the original formula.

My mom used it when I was a kid so that's how I first discovered it and at the age of 36 I still use it. It's very flavorful with lots of spices. It's the only dressing my picky son will eat. I use it for cold pasta salads and it's a wonderful marinade for grilled chicken. It really adds a zesty flavor without being spicy. They have a lot of flavors but robusto Italian is always the one I go back to over and over again. I love that it doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup and it's a good source of Omega 3.

I grew up w this Italian salad dressing on the classic dinner salads my mother used to prepare and was so excited to find the not zesty version. I was very confused and disappointed about how overly sweet it is now. It’s almost like your Catalina dressing with some hints of the old style Italian. You should have made a different version with a different name but retained the original recipe as an option also. I hope you will offer the old recipe again, it was so good and no one needs more sugar in their diet!

I absolutely loved this product until I started better understanding seed oils and non-seed oils. I used to consume bottles of this a month. I am now doing my best to buy products that have omega-3 base oils instead of omega-6. This product unfortunately has a unhealthy seed oil as it's base. As a request to wishbone, please make this same product but with a healthy omega-3 based oils (olive or avacado oils) I'd be willing to pay the extra $ for a healthier product and not with such a cheap seed oil. 😉

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a fan of Wishbone Italian dressing. I like the taste, has bits of spices you can see throughout the bottle. The taste is crisp, and a little tangy. Goes great on all salads. Will continue buying, it has always been on of my favorites.

I always marinate my chicken breasts in Wishbone Italian.....But YUK! The recipe has changed and my chicken and salads don't taste the same. I'm so sad! Too sweet. Something was taken out of the recipe too, but I can't quite put my finger on what is missing. Please bring the original recipe back. Please and Thank you!!!

Just bought Wishbone original Italian dressing to marinate my chicken. Spoiled our dinner. What on earth did you do to it? It's sweet, horrible. I've been using this salad dressing for 40 years, and it was always my go to for marinade. It is now in the garbage. I guess my big question is why did you change it?
