We just wrapped some in foil and heated in oven. It came out tender and juicy both times. We smoke many things in our smoker that come out very good but, brisket wasn't one of them.

This brisket is AMAZING!! I swear no one ( not even myself) would ever believe I bought this at Sams. Tastes identical to the fresh smoked. Flavor is great and comes out super moist!! Most definitely will keep buying this product!

Great for busy working people. The price is great for precooked quality meat. We keep it in the refrigerator to use for a quick sandwich or add to a salad for a complete quick meal. You will not regret your purchase.

Taste of meat was pretty good, not as good as local BBQ restaurant, but good. There was some fat and gristle that I had to cut away. I may buy again, but not regularly

The last package this we got was over 60% nothing but fat. Very very disappointed they hide it in the package and you can't see it until you open it deceiving!

Bought once so far..it was good. Will probably buy again. Mine wasn't fatty, only along the edges. Good for quick dinners. Made two different meals and everyone liked it and that's rare in our home!

The meat was easy to prepare, and the taste was on point. Felt like restaurant quality meat, came from the oven. I did add barbeque sauce to ours for the last bit of time so it could melt in and get the yummy-ness surrounding the meat.

Wanted to love this so we could have an occasional shortcut for brisket without having to wait 1/2 a day for the brisket to smoke and be ready to eat. We followed the instructions to warm up 1/2 of the package and we were all disappointed. The meat is full of fat and tough.
