Very tender, Very happy with this purchase, used to buy it regularly, but had a couple that were dried out and stopped buying them. Glad to see that they are back to the quality I was expecting.

I have bought this brisket a couple times and each time it has been fantastic. Great flavor, sliced very thin and great for sandwiches or entrees. I like to keep one in the freezer to pull out when entertaining.

Yum! I loved that this is precooked and all I had to do is warm it up. I thought it was a bit pricey so I’m not sure if I would buy again as it would be less to make my own but I do appreciate the convenience!

Mesquite beef brisket pre-cooked. I put it in the crockpot and add a little water and barbecue sauce and honey. Mix together and let it sleep all day. It was great. We ate on it for about 3 days for sandwiches.

This was an easy time saver. We reheated using Su Ve cooking (dropped entire package in heated water @140). Cut open package and serve. We also had sliced BBQ Sausage, ham and variety of side for 20. Brisket was tender, moist, pre sliced and easy to serve up when we were ready to eat.

I was hesitant on buying this brisket at first but so happy we did we heated it up toasted up some homemade sourdough bread made some sandwiches with it. Amazing. Definitely going back for more. Great flavor and texture.

Great option when you want a quality meat in a short time! We have had this meat many times - both at home and have served it to a crowd at church - it is good. Take the time to warm it slowly and thoroughly and you have a very tasty product!

I've never purchased pre-packaged grilled/BBQ/smoked brisket until recently coming across this and since it was a small-cut mesquite thought it was something to be tried for home enjoyment despite it's being a bit pricey but I'm glad I did. Warmed-up a bit it's quite comparable to many I've had dining out at an average rib restaurant and much lower cost per serving which is to be expected and convenient. If you have the hankering, but not the time or willing to wait or eat out, this does the job of satisfying a brisket lust in short order so you can chill-out and enjoy without making a lengthy production of it.

If you want rough hard to chew meat this is for you. It was dry, with very little seasoning or smoke flavor. I tried heating it up low and slow in the oven and on the stove top in bbq sauce and the meat was tough as a cow hide. I tried it twice and throw it in the trash both times. Don’t buy this, you will only be disappointed.

There is no smoke ring, no smoke flavor, this is the most bland brisket I have ever tasted, my boots have more smoke and seasoning on them than this brisket.
