This was an easy time saver. We reheated using Su Ve cooking (dropped entire package in heated water @140). Cut open package and serve. We also had sliced BBQ Sausage, ham and variety of side for 20. Brisket was tender, moist, pre sliced and easy to serve up when we were ready to eat.

I've never purchased pre-packaged grilled/BBQ/smoked brisket until recently coming across this and since it was a small-cut mesquite thought it was something to be tried for home enjoyment despite it's being a bit pricey but I'm glad I did. Warmed-up a bit it's quite comparable to many I've had dining out at an average rib restaurant and much lower cost per serving which is to be expected and convenient. If you have the hankering, but not the time or willing to wait or eat out, this does the job of satisfying a brisket lust in short order so you can chill-out and enjoy without making a lengthy production of it.

I have purchased in the past and it was really good. This time it tastes and chewed more like beef jerky. I do not know if a recipe was changed or if I just got a bad package. Either way, I wont spend another $30 to find out.

I have always loved Sadlers, however when I opened the meat it had a bad smell as if it had been left out and gotten hot. I called the store but I had to exchange it in store. I am unable to walk in the store (I picked my order up at the store curb side) so I unfortunately lost the money I paid for the product. I assume this was something that happened in store, perhaps a customer left it on a shelf and it was later returned to the refrigerated area. I have no idea what happened.

Good tasting brisket, and ready to just warm up and eat along with some Amish Potato Salad, also purchased at Sam’s. Which is the best prepared potato salad I have ever eaten! The brisket is ready for some Sweet Baby Rays, just pop it in the oven for 20 mins and you’re ready for dinner. Heat up some Bush’s beans, and some corn on the cob, and you’d think you died and went to heaven! The price is a little bit high, but it’s worth it. Splurge once a week or every other week. It’s the perfect dinner meal!

I transported the brisket home in an ice chest with other frozen foods that were frozen upon arrival at home. When I opened the brisket to put it in food saver bags, it smelled terrible. Since we live almost 100 miles away from Sam’s, I couldn’t return the item for at least 2 months so it went straight to the trash.

The flavor of this brisket is wonderful. I have purchased it many times for various reasons; family dinner, holiday dinner, and work dinners at my home. The reason i took off one star is because of the amount of fat in the brisket. I always have to trim it before serving to guests. I like to serve it with some barbeque sauce over it. Dont over cook it....it will dry out.

The hot water that escaped my bowels after I ate this meat was awesome. Never before have I explosive hot water and hot snakes wow if you've been built up for a couple days, I recommend eating this meat. You won't be able to walk straight at eating it

I've bought this product a couple of times. It's a good alternative to smoking a home made brisket. However, the last couple I bought had quite a bit of fat in the meat. Even though I looked good at the packaging... It still was too fatty and a bit tough. I would recommend this product but know what you're buying.
