There is no smoke ring, no smoke flavor, this is the most bland brisket I have ever tasted, my boots have more smoke and seasoning on them than this brisket.

I liked it, but then when I went back to Sam's Club in Loveland the next week to buy it again, in classic Sam's Club fashion, you didn't have it. Typical, unfortunately. I had an employee check to see if you had more anywhere in the warehouse but, naturally, you didn't. Not exactly how you build customer loyalty or purchasing momentum.

I've bought this product a couple of times. It's a good alternative to smoking a home made brisket. However, the last couple I bought had quite a bit of fat in the meat. Even though I looked good at the packaging... It still was too fatty and a bit tough. I would recommend this product but know what you're buying.

This is the 10th time I have purchased this item and the last two times the quality has gone down hill. It's been full id fat and not tasty anymore. For the price hike on it, and quality decline it's no longer an item I will go out of our way to pick up.

I have always loved Sadlers, however when I opened the meat it had a bad smell as if it had been left out and gotten hot. I called the store but I had to exchange it in store. I am unable to walk in the store (I picked my order up at the store curb side) so I unfortunately lost the money I paid for the product. I assume this was something that happened in store, perhaps a customer left it on a shelf and it was later returned to the refrigerated area. I have no idea what happened.

The flavor of this brisket is wonderful. I have purchased it many times for various reasons; family dinner, holiday dinner, and work dinners at my home. The reason i took off one star is because of the amount of fat in the brisket. I always have to trim it before serving to guests. I like to serve it with some barbeque sauce over it. Dont over cook it....it will dry out.

I thought it was a little fatty for the price. You can usually order it leaner at a restaurant or bbq but I didn’t really see too much lean brisket. The taste is great but it’s close to 60/40 fat. It’s my opinion that’s some expensive fat. I’ve purchased it several times hoping for better cuts but it’s pretty consistent.

I transported the brisket home in an ice chest with other frozen foods that were frozen upon arrival at home. When I opened the brisket to put it in food saver bags, it smelled terrible. Since we live almost 100 miles away from Sam’s, I couldn’t return the item for at least 2 months so it went straight to the trash.

Nice smoke flavor and taste, this package had a little more fat content that some I’ve purchased despite looking at multiple packages to look for the leanest possible. I prefer less than others may. This package seemed a little more dry than my previous as well but it was still tasty, I will still continue to purchase

This is the BEST beef brisket I have ever eaten. However, there are no heating instructions on the package so ... I covered a pan with aluminum foil, laid the brisket on the pan, poured a little beef broth over it, wrapped the pan tightly in aluminum foil 2 times and then put it in a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes and it was perfect! I highly recommend this brisket!!
