I thought it was a little fatty for the price. You can usually order it leaner at a restaurant or bbq but I didn’t really see too much lean brisket. The taste is great but it’s close to 60/40 fat. It’s my opinion that’s some expensive fat. I’ve purchased it several times hoping for better cuts but it’s pretty consistent.

There's something off about this brisket.I purchased it and within a week it started turning brown, unopened and refrigerated. It did this even though the expiration date was over a month away when i purchased it. I returned it and when i went to buy another one, the ones in the store on the shelf were browning as well. Def something wrong here.

There is no smoke ring, no smoke flavor, this is the most bland brisket I have ever tasted, my boots have more smoke and seasoning on them than this brisket.

I was hesitant on buying this brisket at first but so happy we did we heated it up toasted up some homemade sourdough bread made some sandwiches with it. Amazing. Definitely going back for more. Great flavor and texture.

We've bought it once and it wasn't good, my wife insisted we give it another shot and the results didn't change, the meat was hard, greasy, tough and not well seasoned at all.

I've bought this before and it's a good quick brisket with good flavor but this time it was a little dry. But other than that I'd still buy it again because I know it's a good quality product.

I have bought this brisket a couple times and each time it has been fantastic. Great flavor, sliced very thin and great for sandwiches or entrees. I like to keep one in the freezer to pull out when entertaining.

Have purchased this before and liked it, however, our last two purchases were terrible. 95% of the brisket was fat.. was only able to get a few slices that were ok. If you happen to get a good one, flavor is usually very yummy.

The best Brisket you will ever purchase that is pre cooked and sliced. All you have to do is heat it up put a little BB Q sauce on the side for the ones that wants a little extra flavor. I cook this for big cooking 2 to 3 times a year for Veterans.

I love the convenience of this product! Especially here in Phoenix when it’s hot, I don’t have time or the patience to smoke my own brisket. This was the perfect solution, and a great way to keep your cool!
