This brisket has some kind of ingredient that doesn’t taste like food, it leaves astringent feel on your tongue. Also, caused diarrhea. Had to throw out the rest of package.

Very tender, Very happy with this purchase, used to buy it regularly, but had a couple that were dried out and stopped buying them. Glad to see that they are back to the quality I was expecting.

Has a good smoked flavor. The slices are really thin and become dry very easily. A little more fat around the edges than I am used to on a fully cooked brisket. Might be good for sandwiches...

Dry and tasteless. I will never buy it again. Tasted a slice and knew I’d wasted the $$ for this purchase, so chopped it up and let my dog have it as a kibble topper.

We have bought brisket from Sam's in the past and it has always been very good but this brand we found to be dry and tough. Heated exactly according to instructions. We won't purchase this again.

This was one of the worst precooked briskets I had ever bought. The meat was hard and unable to be eaten due to tough parts inside the meat. I have never had a brisket as bad as this one.

This Brisket is delicious as a meal or just snaking. This makes for a low carb/no sugar and high protein meal during the week. It's a little pricey but worth it if you are looking for alternatives to your food intake.

It has a great flavor and is easy to cook. I can have dinner on the table in 30 mins but it tastes like it took hours. It's definitely on our dinner rotation lol.

Nice smoke flavor and taste, this package had a little more fat content that some I’ve purchased despite looking at multiple packages to look for the leanest possible. I prefer less than others may. This package seemed a little more dry than my previous as well but it was still tasty, I will still continue to purchase

This is the BEST beef brisket I have ever eaten. However, there are no heating instructions on the package so ... I covered a pan with aluminum foil, laid the brisket on the pan, poured a little beef broth over it, wrapped the pan tightly in aluminum foil 2 times and then put it in a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes and it was perfect! I highly recommend this brisket!!
