I bought this sliced biscuit for beef deeps. When I opened it snd began to separate the slices, I was disappointed to find that mist of the slices were extremely fatty so I had to cut out the fat. In doing so, I cut out half the weight of the meat that I paid for. Not a match for beef deeps. I would not recommend this cut of meat unless you like a lot of fat.

Nice smoke flavor and taste, this package had a little more fat content that some I’ve purchased despite looking at multiple packages to look for the leanest possible. I prefer less than others may. This package seemed a little more dry than my previous as well but it was still tasty, I will still continue to purchase

l've bought this item 3 times. The brisket is cut thin and is VERY fatty, plus it was hard had a wierd smell, I don't mind paying $15 pound for really good brisket, but not for fat! As they say in baseball 3 strikes and you are out. Will not buy this again!

Sadly disappointed with this product. Excessive small pieces were added to make up the 2# weight. After heating as per directions about one third of the brisket broke apart into small pieces. Had to use this portion as chopped bun burgers instead of having as a poor boy subs. I was always please with the whole brisket package but is no longer available. I will not be buying these 2# packages again.

It didn't seem as tender or tasty as a well done home made smoked brisket. Slathered in bar-b-que sauce makes it taste much better.
