It didn't seem as tender or tasty as a well done home made smoked brisket. Slathered in bar-b-que sauce makes it taste much better.

My husband and I made 8 meals out of this package of brisket! I was very, very good! Better than some I have had at bbq restaurants!

I only eat lean meat, this was mostly lean, acceptable. Price reasonable, not a lot of flavor, so had to add seasoning. Would buy again

Brisket is a decent price , but it doesn't have much flavor ! Zero smoke taste to it.

I was really disappointed with the brisket I purchased from Sam’s Club. this one was a letdown from start to finish. The cut looked decent in the package, but once cooked, it turned out far tougher than expected and lacked the rich, beefy flavor you’d hope for in a brisket. I heated it exactly as stated on package but it still came out dry and chewy. There was also way more fat than I anticipated, and not the kind that renders down nicely — just thick, hard sections that had to be trimmed off. For the price, I expected much better quality and consistency. I ended up feeling like I paid a premium for something that tasted like a lower-grade cut. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing brisket from Sam’s Club again.

Flavor is there but for the price the portions aren’t there anymore.
