Sadly disappointed with this product. Excessive small pieces were added to make up the 2# weight. After heating as per directions about one third of the brisket broke apart into small pieces. Had to use this portion as chopped bun burgers instead of having as a poor boy subs. I was always please with the whole brisket package but is no longer available. I will not be buying these 2# packages again.

Tasted like leather. Dry and little flavor.

It didn't seem as tender or tasty as a well done home made smoked brisket. Slathered in bar-b-que sauce makes it taste much better.

My husband and I made 8 meals out of this package of brisket! I was very, very good! Better than some I have had at bbq restaurants!

Delicious and quick! Great for a family on the run and a fast meal option. I love taking it for lunch as well.

This is the worst brisket I've ever had.
