It was moist enough but we just didn't like the flavor. No seasoning flavor, just smoke. I personally ended up throwing out more than 3/4 of it.

This brisket, if that's what it is, is horrible! It's chewy and fatty. Terrible flavor, threw the majority of it in the trash.

My family loved this. We ended up making brisket and brie tacos with fig jam and it was a hit. I've bought it again already in less than two weeks.

This is something that you cannot go wrong with. Flavor is wonderful, quick, easy and makes clean up easy too.

Better than expected but overpriced. Just add a good sauce to the brisket and it's all you need. I didn't need to add any seasoning to it.

The Smokehouse Mesquite is delicious and easy to prepare. I divided in to smaller portions and put most of it in the freezer for future use.

Have had this before and it was very good. This time however it was quite fatty and grisly. Flavor was still good.
