Extremely crappy cut of brisket, with minimal flavor. If you buy this expect to trim about half off, and throw it away. Make sure you have good BBQ sauce, because that's about all you'll be tasting. I'd get my money back if I could.

No smoke or barbecue flavor and tasted more like corned beef. I know brisket is a fattier cut, but this was way too fatty, almost to the point of being inedible.

We love brisket and gave this a try, cooked it both recommended ways hoping for a different result but no luck, this brisket is very chewy and lots of fat, good flavor but I was hoping it would be tender... Not going to buy it again!

I’ve had some exceptional brisket and I’m not saying this is the best there is but it serves its purpose. If you need a quick dinner or some tasty meat for a sandwich it does the job. It’s super tasty and moist when warmed to the perfect temp.

I had bought beef brisket at Sams before and it was delicious. I bought 4 #s to serve the family and it was horrible. Excessive salt and too tough and fat to eat. Never again. I should have heeded the negative reviews. Zero star.

I was really looking forward to a tasty pre-made brisket. Wrong again! Too smoky, too fatty and fairly tasteless except for the smoke (which didn't do much for me). Back to the kitchen and I'll just make my own next time

After buying these briskets for many years with some of them marginal at best, y'all finally hit rock bottom. Bought a six and a half pounder for our Easter guests to enjoy and it turned out to be so thin we couldn't eat it. We're convinced. We won't ever serve another one on these. There's too many choices out there.

The brisket tastes like ham. Horrible unless you were looking forward to eating ham. For ham it's good, but I was looking forward to beef brisket. Stay away, stay away, stay away. The next question is would you recommend to a friend, I wouldn't recommend this to an ex wife.

I really wonder how it got top rating. It is 50% fat, taste is OK, but nothing like BBQ places brisket. Because of the very high fat content I am not sure at all if it is a good price. Had to remove the fat and it takes a long time. Will never buy it again.
