I purchased several of these but noticed that the fat amount was inconsistent. Some have beautiful slices with vertually no fat but others are mostly fat. For the price, it’s not worth it.

This is so good! It's tender and very flavorful. It is a little fatty but not as much (for us) as what others are writing. Will definitely buy this again.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, taste nothing like a beef brisket, really taste nothing like beef. We cooked as directed and family all tasted it and said it tasted like ham will never buy again. Asking for full refund !

I was really looking forward to a tasty pre-made brisket. Wrong again! Too smoky, too fatty and fairly tasteless except for the smoke (which didn't do much for me). Back to the kitchen and I'll just make my own next time

I had bought beef brisket at Sams before and it was delicious. I bought 4 #s to serve the family and it was horrible. Excessive salt and too tough and fat to eat. Never again. I should have heeded the negative reviews. Zero star.

I never got the chance to try it. It was 23.98 on the cooler cost. I checked out, was wondering why my bill was so much, the check out rang up as 71+$. Nope. Immediately returned. It's on the Sam's page as 23..and some cents.

This product is delicious and a good value. We eat this for lunches, super simple and tastes great. Other reviews mentioned this is mostly fat, ours had barely any fat throughout it..maybe we got lucky, but I will definitely purchase again!

Following the instructions it came with and it was just dry and tuff. I tried coming longer with more water and out didn't improve. It's supposed to be moist and falls apart in your mouth.

I’ve had some exceptional brisket and I’m not saying this is the best there is but it serves its purpose. If you need a quick dinner or some tasty meat for a sandwich it does the job. It’s super tasty and moist when warmed to the perfect temp.
