I purchased several of these but noticed that the fat amount was inconsistent. Some have beautiful slices with vertually no fat but others are mostly fat. For the price, it’s not worth it.

No smoke or barbecue flavor and tasted more like corned beef. I know brisket is a fattier cut, but this was way too fatty, almost to the point of being inedible.

We love brisket and gave this a try, cooked it both recommended ways hoping for a different result but no luck, this brisket is very chewy and lots of fat, good flavor but I was hoping it would be tender... Not going to buy it again!

delicious! Im from the north and never had smoked brisket before... I was amazed. A lot of meat and this keeps a long time in the fridge too. Always moist, so easy to prepare...you can have your bagels with lox... I'm HOOKED on brisket!

I’ve had some exceptional brisket and I’m not saying this is the best there is but it serves its purpose. If you need a quick dinner or some tasty meat for a sandwich it does the job. It’s super tasty and moist when warmed to the perfect temp.

I guess I'm spoiled. I have smoked brisket several times and this is easily worse than my worst effort. I guess people who like this have not really had authentic smoked brisket.

Just bought this for the first time. It had good flavor for sure, but wasn't the brisket that I was expecting. Probably won't buy again, but still giving 3 stars overall.

This brisket was so fatty and tough that we couldn’t eat it. Second time this has happened with this brand. Very disappointed. Had to leave one star but didn’t want to.

Extremely crappy cut of brisket, with minimal flavor. If you buy this expect to trim about half off, and throw it away. Make sure you have good BBQ sauce, because that's about all you'll be tasting. I'd get my money back if I could.

I never got the chance to try it. It was 23.98 on the cooler cost. I checked out, was wondering why my bill was so much, the check out rang up as 71+$. Nope. Immediately returned. It's on the Sam's page as 23..and some cents.
