Paid $25 for a package of Fat. Never again. It was awful. I managed to get about a cup of lean off for the pup. The rest was trashed and we ended up with a store bought pizza

If you have experienced good beef brisket, you likely will not like this product at all. The thin slices are dry and rubbery. And the flavor is nothing like a good quality slow smokes brisket. It's a big no for me.

Was very interested to see how I might include this brisket option into my low-carb keto diet and it is a winner! Pre-sliced, fully cooked, delicious. Prepared with some Au Jus sauce (not included) and loved it. The convenience is great.

Very poor quality. There was no edible meat in the package. I think it was just the fat cap cut and placed in the packages. Will not be purchasing again.

Bought this Saturday morning put it straight into the freezer. Got it out three days later and it was rotten is smelled so bad. Never have had this happen before. I couldn't even take it back to the store it smelled so bad. Very disappointed.

This was really fatty and not worth it this time around. This product has sadly gone down in quality. It was 25% fat. This used to be a grab and go meal, but now I will not buy it unless I pick it out and check it first.

Package was more than 1/2 fat. Had bought for Father’s Day for dinner. I was embar to serve iit. No one ate very much tried to make sandwiches with left over meat an no one would eat those either.

I followed heating directions as directed. This brisket was very tough and chewy, very unpleasant. I will never buy this product again, and I wish I had my money back.

It was okay. Edible if a touch tough. Didn't have much flavor for something so obviously labeled "Smokehouse". I am curious how much of the weight I paid for beef was actually fat though. Rough guess, between 1/6th and 1/5th.

This was full of fat. Was not good at all. Looked like not trimmed of excess fat. Warmed up in crockpot and It was literally covered in oil. I also found the seasoning extremely salty.
