This A/C was wonderful to use during our last power outage due to recent hurricane. Easy to set up & run on our portable generator. We used for our primary bedroom & it was perfect. Price & quick delivery! Sam’s club doesn’t disappoint with products & service.

Great unit, quiet and cools quickly and evenly. My only issue is the set up. It is not that easy to get a good fit into a side opening window. And, the unit too easily detaches from the window setup with the slightest adjustment. However, so much better than my last unit Serene which was awful.

Actually purchased two! Oddly, one generates a lot of water when running in cool mode while the other doesn't generate a drop! But both cool like crazy! Both very quiet as well! I love the duct in a duct which makes total sense. Sure beats the prices I was getting to convert to heat pumps and splits!

Bought this before a heatwave. It’s rated for under 500 sq feet but with some fans and good circulation it kept 1800 tolerable. The inverter technology keeps it quiet and more efficient no loud clunks when the compressor engages and the Duo intake/exhaust is a major plus. If you’re looking for a portable unit this is it.

I live in Southern California, and with the summer heat hitting the high 100s this portable AC has kept my 450 sq foot master bedroom cool. I've had this AC for a month now and have been using it everyday without any issues. Assembly was easy (did it myself). I like that I can control it with it my phone, and it cools down my room fairly quickly considering the size of my room. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

Purchased today, 6-30-26. very heavy unit. Instruction book was not descriptive enough to easily understand. There is a QR code within the instr book but it takes you to a non-working site. sovit was useless. i found a You Tube video that was helpful. The slide fitting for the window is pretty flimsy. Fortunately there are casters already attached to the unit so we could roll it to where we wanted to use it.The flexible exhaust is quite huge so it needs to be pretty close to the window. Also it really isn't very flexible. We do have it plugged in and it is cooling one room, we won't know for a few days how well it reall works. At this point it is too early to determine if I would purchase one of these again

In North Alabama we have had over 60 days of over 90-degrees F, with over 20 days over 100-degrees F since mid May. Our Garage was heating up to the outside temperature and was unbearable before we got this Air Conditioner. Now even during days that get over 100-degrees the Garage heats to only about 80-degrees F and overnight it cools down to about 70-degrees F, so we can actually use the garage for woodworking, grooming our dogs, etc., without raising our Electric bill much.

Home AC went out and this unit came to the rescue

I love it, keep the room very cold.
