Have purchased this product a couple of times. The quality changes at each purchase. The taste is pretty good but sometimes it’s lumpy and dry and you need to add butter and milk to make it creamy. Other times it’s very good without having to do anything to it

I mean, yes, they're mashed potatoes, so they do have that going for them, but maybe it's because they sit around, or something, but they just didn't taste that good. After you doctored them up and all that stuff they were OK, but it's just as easy to mash your own potatoes after you go through all that you have to do to make these palatable.

If you're looking for a super quick mashed potato option, these might work, but they don’t have much flavor on their own. If your family prefers richer, well-seasoned mashed potatoes, you may need to add butter, salt, or other seasonings to enhance the taste. My son wasn’t a fan, so these might not be the best choice for picky eaters.

These potatoes are excellent and a great value. I generally get two meals for myself and daughter out of each container. The leftovers stay fresh for a few days so rarely waste much. Because of health issues it's extremely hard to cook a full meal and these are just so simple. Fresh potatoes go to waste because they don't keep like they used too

I don't even like mashed potatoes, but these are delicious! And, my family thinks that suddenly, I am the mashed potatoes expert! They used to say I made Spackle rather than. Mashed potatoes. Win/Win! We all love them and I don't have to peel potatoes anymore!

It has been my experience that it’s best to thoroughly thaw these before you heat them up in a microwave, though. The outside thaws first, and insulates a frozen core. In my experience, the 4-minute stated microwave time is gonna run you 20 minutes, or more, because of this. It’s best just to let them thaw, and use the microwave to heat them up to serving temperature.

I get these mashed potatoes for all occasion dinners.I like that these are good without adding anything else, but on occasion I dress them up with sour cream and chives, cheese, bacon, prime rib leftovers, open face sandwiches, etc. It makes a great addition to my kitchen.

These mash potatoes take no time at all to heat up in your microwave and they taste just like homemade. I keep these around for meals that I need a quick side or the main course is time consuming and I don’t want to also spend time peeling and cutting potatoes.

These are just like homemade and a whole lot easier. Yukon gold makes the best mashed potatoes. My family loves this product. As a professional cook, I really appreciate a good quality product that saves me time and effort while providing a nice meal for family and friends.
