Very tender and delicious. I  used these multiple times in different recipes and every time...delicious! You have to know how to prepare lamb for it to be tender, so do your research, play with your food and enjoy!

Wonderful and tasty!

Purchased for Easter Dinner. Under the chops were chunks of fat and pieces of scrap meat. It was if someone was putting extra weight. Usually happy with meat purchased at Sams. This was unacceptable.

Poor Meat packaging

Usually I pass the meat counter as I live alone and a package is too much.  But when I did check it out, I found a mini package with 3 or small lamb chops for a GREAT price.  I grabbed them and so glad I did.  They were delicious and I hope I get "lucky" again.
