So my 2 year old was up for 2 hours in the middle of the night last night. I figured this morning was the perfect opportunity to give this product a try in the hopes of getting an energy boost to get me through the day. I must say I am very happy with the results. A short time after consuming the drink I started to feel energized. There was a quick surge that did make me a little jittery but then it evened out and I've felt energized all day. It's currently 1130 pm and normally I'd be exhausted after working and watching the kids all day but instead, I'm just now starting to feel tired. This product worked even better than I'd hoped for and I'll for sure be using it again!

This has a great fruit punch flavor but with the recommendation of ounces of water to one packet it is very very sweet. Almost too sweet. I have to double the water. I shared with a colleague who drinks very sweet drinks and she also said it was too sweet.

As a person who tries to exercise five days a week, I was excited to try this product and see the results firsthand. I am not a tropical punch kind of person but was extremely surprised how pleasant it tasted compared to other sports drinks. The directions state to mix a full pack with 16-24 oz of water or to taste. I mixed it in 24 oz and found the taste not watered down. Anything less than 24 oz might be too sweet. My workouts are in the mornings, usually an hour after my cup of coffee and then it's water for the rest of the day. This drink allowed me to get another 24 oz of liquids in before my workout, keeping myself hydrated throughout the workout. As an older person, I was glad to see Glucosamine added to the mix for my joint health. I would recommend this drink as a supplement to daily vitamins to replenish lost minerals from an extensive workout.

The product I received was Tropical Punch flavor. It was very tasty although you need at least 20oz of cold water. It is complete with many vitamins, Amino Acid and gives you that punch just before a workout. It is also great on a real hot day to help rebuild your dehydration.

The tropical punch flavor was tasty and I like that it has zero calories. It mixed nicely in a cold 16.9 ounce water bottle; no residue left behind. The packaging was great! Not having to measure out an amount of the product . Would like to use this for a month to determine the benefits of drinking 4D.

In a real skeptic when it comes down to trying anything that promotes to give you energy, due to ingredients or other side effects. After trying 4D, i can say, i feel some difference in energy levels but at the same time, maybe too much for me? The ingredients all look to be very well picked out (vitamins etc)

The flavor of this drink mix is very good. I used to drink a different B12 energy powder drink mix but this new product has more benefits including skin health and joint health. The “other” drink mix I used did not include this wide variety of ingredients/ vitamins/ aminos. I will continue to use this product

I exercise regularly and take supplements. I thought that this product had good flavor and mixed well with water. I felt like it did provide me with energy to power through my workout. I was pleased with it and asked my wife to try it as well. She tried it and was initially happy with it as well but after her workout she said she had the "jitters" for most of the day. I reviewed the ingredients again and way down at the bottom I saw it had 150mg of caffeine per serving that I previously missed. 150mg is equal to a couple of cups of coffee or 4 cans of soda. My wife is not a coffee drinker so I would not recommend this for people with low tolerance or sensitivity to caffeine. For everyone else I think its a good supplement.

This energy drink is not like the others! It tastes great! I was expecting the “vitamin” taste you get from similar energy powders, but was pleasantly surprised! It gives me just enough boost to get through the midday slump without keeping me up at night. You should definitely give this one a try!

Truly enjoyed this product all the way around. Has a great flavor. No jittery feeling. Took this before all of my runs and workouts and it helped me power through. I have permanently added this to my pre-workout regimen. Highly recommend this product.
