The drink mix is great for replenished electrolytes. I personally didn’t care for the flavor because it had a vitamin taste.However my husband and grandson didn’t mind it at all and really helped them while working out in the heat. Overall I would say a very good product.

I tried the 4D Premium Amino Vitamin Energy drink packets. I got the Tropical Punch flavor which comes with 25 packets. I used a 16 oz bottle to mix mine. The drink has a great taste, but I think it would be even better if I had used more water. Box suggests using 16-24 oz. I love the ingredients and dietary supplements that make up the packet. Company did a great job putting all the ingredients in this supplemental drink. I suggest reading all ingredients as it does contain caffeine, which I prefer to have earlier in the day. I also need to mention the product is well packaged and box has a helpful QR code that takes you to product website; educational for what each ingredient helps you with. I noticed that there are 3 other flavors, so I may try the others the next time I purchase this product. I notice on the box that it has a good shelf life (exp 10/26), so about 2 years of when I got it.

I love the box design and the amount of packets in the box. The packets were easy to open and poured nicely without making a mess. I used the max water noted on the box-24 oz as I don’t like it too sweet. It’s definitely important to shake well. I gave it 4 stars because it had a little bit of a vitamin after taste. It is extremely healthy as I was able to give to my type 2 diabetic husband. My teenage sons loved them too. Overall, I would buy them for my family to drink.

My husband works outside most of the time and sometimes the sun or extreme temperatures make him feel tired. The first time I gave him 4D Clean Energy he told me that he noticed a big difference in his body and energy. Now he carries them every day in his lunch box, he can't go without them! He loves the taste and how convenient it is to carry them and just pour the packet into his water bottle. As a family and with an athlete son, they have worked super well for us! I recommend them without a doubt!

I used a 20 ounce bottle of water because I did not want it too sweet or too diluted abd that seemed to be perfect. I’m not a big sweet drinker so the amount of sweetness was great for me. I don’t know what the sweetener is but there was no offensive aftertaste. It’s listed as sugar-free with 0 cal which is a nice bonus. I didn’t really notice a big burst of energy, that’s the reason for the 4 stars but also did not notice a crash either.

Great alternative to constantly picking up energy drinks on the go. Drinking one in the morning to get the day started or even before the gym is the routine I see these will work best for. Doesn’t taste to artificial but still has a bit of that after taste in your mouth. The added vitamins, electrolytes and other benefits definitely make this a great energy source!

this 4D packets taste delicious, the flavor with 16.9 oz water is stronger, but with a little more water it made it just right, my type of work, letter carrier, I have to stay hydrated & this 4D packets delivers, with extra vitamins, it gets me thru the day, wondering if there are more flavors

To be clear I don't have any complaints about the qualities of the product. As a fruit drink it actually has a pretty pleasant flavor! When mixed with water it dissolves really well and doesn't have any of that unpleasant gritty taste that some powdered drink mixes display. That said I am just not sure there is much utility of a zero calorie vitamin water for me, especially as a pre-workout drink. I am really not sure how it will promote either energy or endurance as suggested by the box. Honestly as a pre or post-workout drink I really don't mind a little carbohydrate and protein for those purposes. I have nothing against vitamins., I take a daily one myself, it is just easy enough to do that as a vitamin pill (with much higher concentrations of each) without needing to make a drink.

This is my first time trying 4D, and I have to say I fell in love with it. I tried the tropical punch flavor, and it was on point. The taste was good, and it was easy to drink. I mixed with my high alkaline water (my preference for water - not a must) and drank before I completed my daily 30 workout on my treadmill. I feel that it gave me that extra burst of energy that I would get from a carbonated energy, and 4D is so much better. Plus I absolutely love that it is sugar free.
