Whenever I pick up any dietary product, I will always look for sugar content first. Not only 4D does not have any sugar, it is gluten and GMO free. It contains 0 calories which is a plus point for me since I am trying to loose weight. I tried 4D clean energy pack different time of the day to see the result and how it varies. I usually go to work very early in the morning so I use 1 pack right after my breakfast and it really helps me to focus. Then I tried before going to the gym and It helps me to maintain my energy level and fast recovery. It also helps me if I take 15-30 minutes before any activities and I do not feel any crash since it provides a very smooth and steady energy flow. Most products that are sugar free have after taste but 4D does not have any after taste.

Great product that not only tastes good but delivers good energy. It doesn't have the roller coaster effects of a typical energy supplement. You don't feel dehydrated like if you were to drink coffee. I usually take small sips throughout the whole day which keeps me energized.

I tried my first package of this drink mix today, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I just added a pouch to a 16 ounce bottle of water and it seemed like a good mix. It tastes like fruit punch and is very pleasant to drink.

We used this product as an early morning wake-up (coffee substitute) and before workouts - worked very well for both. 16oz water plus about 8oz ice produced a very good taste that reminds us of a favorite from our youth - Flintstone vitamins.

I am not a normal user of energy products so I gave this a try. I must say that it gave me more energy than others and seemed to reduce some brain fog that I had been experiencing. So that was a plus. Not being use to energy drink supplements, I would have to say that this one was what I would call strong and suited to someone that needs a extreme energy boost. I found that if I did about half of the product a day that it was better for me. If you are looking for a supplement to get you going for the gym and clear your head, then this would be the one.

I love the ingredients in this drink mix. I really wanted to love it but it was a little too sweet for us. We only tried the fruit punch flavor so we will try other flavors. Increasing the amount of water to mix it with definitely helps so I would use 32 ounces of water for one packet. These are great for on the go use. We plan to pack them in our luggage for a boat trip in the Bahamas this summer. Did notice I had more energy throughout the day and for my intense workout. I think these will be great hydration. They do have 150 mgs of caffeine per pack. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to increase energy and hydration. For a busy mom on the go these are great!

Love the overall convenience of the packets, and being able to pour this into a water bottle. My other go-to amino /energy supplement was sometimes difficult to break the tablet into a water bottle. Also love the range of nutrients included, including some caffeine. The biggest downside for me is the taste had a slight after-taste for me. The tropical punch flavor was strong, and sweet - but I still noticed a slight after taste, which is sometimes the downside of being able to easily get the amino acids and range of nutrients included in these types of supplements. Overall I would definitely recommend this as a great addition to your sports bag and good way for me to replenish after an hour or so of intense tennis play.

I am always on the lookout for an energy boost. After reading the info on the box, I was excited to give this a try. I was nervous when I open the packet as it had a noticeable vitamin smell. I mixed it in with a 16oz water. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor; it did not have a vitamin taste like I was expecting and the sweetness was mild. I did feel a boost of energy after drinking this and did not experience flushing or palpitations that occur with some energy drinks.

Drank the product after breakfast in the morning, i work from home, and my energy rate is a 0, after day 4 i starting noticing my energy level increase, i was not falling asleep during work any more. I totally recommend for people who want that morning energy at work.

I love the blend of supplements in this drink! It gives you a nice little boost in the afternoon with about as much caffeine as a 12 oz cup of brewed coffee and a good amount of B12. I am also impressed with the fact that there are no artificial colors...the red comes from red beet root powder. As for the taste, let me start with saying that I am not a fan of tropical punch flavor in anything, this is the same for me. It says to mix with 16-24 ounces of water and for me it is best with 20-24 ounces. I will most likely buy this again because I like the boost of supplements but I do hope they come out with a different flavor
