This product provided quite a surprising taste with a strong caffeine kick to it (150 mg -more than I need). It tasted best, (smooth/mild) when mixed with 24 oz of water and was found to be a bit too strong/sweet when mixed with only 16 oz of water. There was a slight 'vitamin" taste to it, but tolerable, for sure. It mixed well, into the water with no particles settling in the bottom.

Thus product tastes amazing. It took aboit 10 minutes to kick in. Immediately felt like i could lift heavier without the jitters that ive seen with other simlar products. The only thing i didnt like was that with a 16oz water bottle the priduct taste was too strong. Once I got to about half i diluted it with more water. So personally i just keep this in mind. Now I use a bigger jug of water!

I love the blend of supplements in this drink! It gives you a nice little boost in the afternoon with about as much caffeine as a 12 oz cup of brewed coffee and a good amount of B12. I am also impressed with the fact that there are no artificial colors...the red comes from red beet root powder. As for the taste, let me start with saying that I am not a fan of tropical punch flavor in anything, this is the same for me. It says to mix with 16-24 ounces of water and for me it is best with 20-24 ounces. I will most likely buy this again because I like the boost of supplements but I do hope they come out with a different flavor

Tried this to see if this would be something that would wokr and a replacemwnt for other drinks and it met the requiremnt. Amazing flavor and provided e nergy to get through the afternoon. There was no aftertaste after drinking thst i noticed. Will continue to use on a regular basis.

Has a good berry flavor. Directions say to mix 1 packet with 16-24 oz of water or to taste. I tried it first with 16 oz and the flavor was too strong for my taste. I liked it better with 20oz. Good energy drink without the jitters. Although it says you can use it 1-2 times per day, I have stuck with once per day.

Gave me all day clarity and energy to get my work done. It worked best with a disposable water bottle but didnt try in a shaker bottle that might be better as some of the powder didnt want to mix well at first or with ice cold water. Mixed best in room temp then pour over ice to chill it.

Definitely a win with this energy drink. The fruit flavor is just right. The taste is not too sweet or sour. It’s perfect to mix in a 16.9 ounce bottle of water. As you can see in the picture below, it easily mixes with water and does not climb. It is great for an afternoon pick up when I’m feeling tired or just need a flavored water. The supplement doesn’t make me feel jittery or nervous after drinking it like some do. My husband uses supplements before his workouts so I had him try it. He was pleased with the taste and the energy level he had during his workouts. I will use it to keep hydrated before biking or walking.

Love that this has ZERO calories!! It definitely gives me the boost I need throughout the day! The tropical punch flavor is delicious!!! The powder mixes well in the water and there is no weird aftertaste. I love that it is full of electrolytes too!!

The flavor was very good. I added additional water most times because the flavor was strong. (I am a typical water drinker.) I noticed increased energy and no fatigue. I did not experience any negative effects from the caffeine. Energy drinks/supplements are not my thing but this one makes me want to be an energy drink enthusiast. I used this every day for 2 weeks and experienced increased energy and no decrease in energy. Each morning, I used it in place of my lemon water. Note that the color is more natural that most drinks. I also would be curious about flavors other than fruit punch.

The first time I tried it, I used a cold 16oz. bottle of water and it did not dilute very well, but the second time I tried it, I used a room temperature bottle of water and it diluted and mixed much easier the second time. It says mix in a 16 to 24 oz. bottle of water, and the taste of the tropical punch was kind of overwhelming in the 16 oz. bottle of water, I recommend using a 24 oz. bottle of water instead or don't pour the whole pouch in the smaller bottle. I didn't have any 24 oz. bottles of water to try this with to compare the two. I wasn't too keen on the tropical punch flavor, but that is just my taste, hopefully they will come out with other flavor types. But on a more positive note, I tried it on one of my long (physically hard) workdays and I was pleasantly surprised that I had energy left at the end of the day. I am usually spent at the end of the day, but after taking the energy supplement I did have more energy than normal, so in that respect it did as advertised. Now if I could just get the flavors I like, it would be great!
