Wonderful energy boost that lasts a long time. The taste isnt too bad and the effects are really quick to. I highly recommend this drink rather than diet pills or caffeine pills because you dont get that yucky, jittery feeling and crash. I have lyme disease and this really helps me wake up and be active when my body doesn't want to move.

Not normally a diet or energy guy drinking, tried something different this time wasn't a bad taste definitely was more energetic in the morning run getting the kids ready and headed to work seems like it did the trick to me

I love this drink mix. I use to be able to purchase in the store but the only way to get it now is you have to order it and if you don’t want to pay shipping, you have to pay more for your membership.

I tried my first package of this drink mix today, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I just added a pouch to a 16 ounce bottle of water and it seemed like a good mix. It tastes like fruit punch and is very pleasant to drink.

We used this product as an early morning wake-up (coffee substitute) and before workouts - worked very well for both. 16oz water plus about 8oz ice produced a very good taste that reminds us of a favorite from our youth - Flintstone vitamins.

Would definitely recommend. Tastes great and gives you energy without being jittery. Easy to use pouches, just pour it into a water bottle or a glass of water. Great alternative to canned energy drinks.. tastes better, costs less and it is much better for you.

As advertised, it hydrates, gives energy and as a bonus it tastes good. It has a lot of the vitamins for the immune system, also for energy. It has a nice mix of glucosamine for joint care and a mix of other herbs for energy and focus. It's a good mix giving everything you would need especially if you work out.

When I tried this for the first time, I did not read the instructions. The drink was very sweet. I then read the instructions and saw that I was to add 16.9 oz to 24 oz of water to taste. I added more than 24 oz of water and this drink was delicious! After drinking it, I noticed that I was much more focused than before I drank it. This drink has truly helped me stay attentive to my surroundings and helped me to stay mindful about what I was doing. I LOVE that this is a CLEAN drink and free from so many radicals that affect us daily. Thank you for creating this drink!

I’ve tried several other brands that offer similar vitamin benefits, and many of those had artificial tasting chalky qualities or seemed very acidic. This product (fruit punch) had a good flavor and mixed well per the instructions. It’s a little on the sweet side so ensure you use the amount of water instructed. It’s great to mix in with a bottle of h20 to start your day.

The issue I usually have with energy drinks is the crash. I didn't get that at all with this drink. I like the taste a lot. I love that I don’t get the shakes or have a major crash with this which I typically get with any other similar products. My skin also seems to be clearing up some. I lost another pound this week so it seems to also be helping on my weight loss journey. I can’t rave enough about this wonderful product!! I would recommend this product.
