I love the blend of supplements in this drink! It gives you a nice little boost in the afternoon with about as much caffeine as a 12 oz cup of brewed coffee and a good amount of B12. I am also impressed with the fact that there are no artificial colors...the red comes from red beet root powder. As for the taste, let me start with saying that I am not a fan of tropical punch flavor in anything, this is the same for me. It says to mix with 16-24 ounces of water and for me it is best with 20-24 ounces. I will most likely buy this again because I like the boost of supplements but I do hope they come out with a different flavor

I thought I would try this because I like to drink an electrolyte drink and I like to drink a mild preworkout. This is kind of both. It hydrates you and gives you an energy boost. Now it’s not a big boost like a preworkout, But it just helps you get through the day. I do drink it before a workout because I just use a mild pre workout. I notice I’m more focused and ready for the day. The taste is great. And there’s no crash after. The single serve packets are so convenient for on the go. No scooping and making a mess.

Good product. Has a good flavor, with just a hint of an aftertaste. But nothing overwhelming. Does provide a good energy boost, without the crash you get from other energy drinks. As a person who doesn't care too much for sweet drinks, I do recommend using a bit more water than recommended. It is a bit sweet with the lower amount of recomended water. I'll certainly purchase again as a great pre-workout boost.

I am not a normal user of energy products so I gave this a try. I must say that it gave me more energy than others and seemed to reduce some brain fog that I had been experiencing. So that was a plus. Not being use to energy drink supplements, I would have to say that this one was what I would call strong and suited to someone that needs a extreme energy boost. I found that if I did about half of the product a day that it was better for me. If you are looking for a supplement to get you going for the gym and clear your head, then this would be the one.

This drink supplement is not notch! Its not gritty and has great flavor and taste. Drinking it in the morning gives me the boost I need to get my day started, but also drinking it in the afternoon gets me over the afternoon slump to be able to finish out my day strong. I just mix the supplement in a 16.9 fl oz water bottle and shake for a minute or so and it’s as simple as that! The amazing taste of the tropical punch is my favorite thing about this product.

Drank the product after breakfast in the morning, i work from home, and my energy rate is a 0, after day 4 i starting noticing my energy level increase, i was not falling asleep during work any more. I totally recommend for people who want that morning energy at work.

The 4D clean energy dietary supplement is a good addition to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The tropical punch flavor is excellent. The flavor is enhanced if served iced down. The list of ingredients is impressive. I am impressed with this supplement and have noticed an increase in energy.

Has a good berry flavor. Directions say to mix 1 packet with 16-24 oz of water or to taste. I tried it first with 16 oz and the flavor was too strong for my taste. I liked it better with 20oz. Good energy drink without the jitters. Although it says you can use it 1-2 times per day, I have stuck with once per day.

As advertised, it hydrates, gives energy and as a bonus it tastes good. It has a lot of the vitamins for the immune system, also for energy. It has a nice mix of glucosamine for joint care and a mix of other herbs for energy and focus. It's a good mix giving everything you would need especially if you work out.

I really like this product! I exercise multiple times a week, often outside in the heat, and a drink like this is the perfect way to stay hydrated. I like that it is zero calories, no added sugar, and the taste is refreshing! Its also easy to use, just open the packet and add it to water. Its available on the go, so its a simple solution for my needs!
