Love the taste of 4D! No aftertaste at all. Definitely more energy after one week of use (one packet/day). Morning use for me as I’m very caffeine sensitive. Feel sharper and more productive. My husband is very active working construction. I send it with him every day and he feels better working in the heat. I highly recommend!

I am not a normal user of energy products so I gave this a try. I must say that it gave me more energy than others and seemed to reduce some brain fog that I had been experiencing. So that was a plus. Not being use to energy drink supplements, I would have to say that this one was what I would call strong and suited to someone that needs a extreme energy boost. I found that if I did about half of the product a day that it was better for me. If you are looking for a supplement to get you going for the gym and clear your head, then this would be the one.

This powder is pretty good. If you don’t mix it all the way of course you will get a grainy feel / weird taste at the end but overall it tastes good. I can’t vouch for the immune/joint/skin benefits but I do like that it has 150mg if caffeine. That’s what I’m looking for in a powder like this. Most powders don’t have as much caffeine as this does so it’s great for me. Plus zero calories.

Thus product tastes amazing. It took aboit 10 minutes to kick in. Immediately felt like i could lift heavier without the jitters that ive seen with other simlar products. The only thing i didnt like was that with a 16oz water bottle the priduct taste was too strong. Once I got to about half i diluted it with more water. So personally i just keep this in mind. Now I use a bigger jug of water!

Good product. Has a good flavor, with just a hint of an aftertaste. But nothing overwhelming. Does provide a good energy boost, without the crash you get from other energy drinks. As a person who doesn't care too much for sweet drinks, I do recommend using a bit more water than recommended. It is a bit sweet with the lower amount of recomended water. I'll certainly purchase again as a great pre-workout boost.

Taste great ... we loved the tropical punch flavor! The energy didn't last too long but I liked that it didn't give me the glittery feelings. The package and description are a bit confusing... is it a supplement or pre-workout? Either way we loved the flavor and that it was sugar free, dairy free, vegan, and GMO free!

I am typically a coffee in the morning type of person. However, I decided to forego the coffee one morning and opt to check out the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement instead. I will say that I did have about the same energy as I did with the coffee. I didn't have a lot of morning tiredness that I generally have on one of the few mornings I go without coffee. I was good throughout the morning. My son works out six days a week. He really enjoyed this product! As far as the taste, it did leave a bit to be desired. While there was some aspect of tropical punch present, the supplements included in the mix that provide the nutrients and energy associated with it are still very discernible. However, this isn't simply a powdered drink mix to lounge around and consume, but has a specific purpose. With that being said, overall it was OK.

Got this for my teenage son that works out daily and was looking for a boost of energy for workouts that was not a full out energy drink. He thought the flavor was good and gave him the boost he needed for his workout. He would definitely consider other flavors as well.

This drink supplement is not notch! Its not gritty and has great flavor and taste. Drinking it in the morning gives me the boost I need to get my day started, but also drinking it in the afternoon gets me over the afternoon slump to be able to finish out my day strong. I just mix the supplement in a 16.9 fl oz water bottle and shake for a minute or so and it’s as simple as that! The amazing taste of the tropical punch is my favorite thing about this product.

I could not use his because I take medication that would not allow me to do so. I did not realize this until I got it and read the instructions and warnings. So I am not able to review this product, sorry. I'm sure the product would be satisfactory for healthy people that don't have high blood pressure.
