I drink this at work, gives me plenty of energy as I am not a coffee drinker. I really like the tropical punch flavor and the fact that it does have lots of added vitamins as well. The directions call for adding 16 to 24 ounces of water per packet- I definitely recommend using 24 as it can taste a little sweet if you aren’t used to that. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

Love that this has ZERO calories!! It definitely gives me the boost I need throughout the day! The tropical punch flavor is delicious!!! The powder mixes well in the water and there is no weird aftertaste. I love that it is full of electrolytes too!!

This taste just like lol-aid. There really isn’t an after taste. Mixes up well in a 16.9 bottle of water. I was really impressed. I have tried others and the after taste was terrible. This was very very impressive!

Love this product! It has a really good flavor and mixes well with water. The product fixed you a lot of energy without the crash. I tend to get jittery from energy products but did not have that issue at all. Highly recommend this product!

I did not notice a change in energy, however this was absolutely delicious. It does not have the vitamin taste and it is not too sweet. I didnt get the jitters thay sometimes come along with energy drinks.

4D is very flavorful and very sweet. I actually found it to be too strong if you use a whole pack in one bottle of water. I was able to make a pack make 2 bottles easily. Might could have even made 3.

Every morning I would mix one packet with on bottled water. I found that it mixed pretty easily just have to shake it cause it will settle. The taste was okay. I didn't really find that it gave me energy.

The packaging is very nice. It is extremely easy to open and use. The taste is spot on without any after taste like other water flavor products. I would differently recommend this product to friends and family.

I love the flavor! I feel that the drink helps with my endurance during my work out and lessen my fatigue after my work out! I mix the powder with sparkling water and a drop of stevia just to add to the flavor!
