Wow! This pre workout energy drink is fantastic. This punch is a vitamin supplement that enhances ones stamina before each workout. I was skeptical at first, but the product do work. If you are not exercising, do not take it, because it will fire up your machine. Moreover, it taste good and it mixes well.

These packets are easy to carry around to add to water anywhere you go. This drink is quite flavorful compared to others I've tried that taste bland. I did seem to get a nice burst of energy after drinking this, so that was an added bonus! Definitely recommend!!

I followed the instructions of mixing, and in 20 minutes I could feel the effects of the energy boost. A little more heart palpitations than expected but that could be easily remedied by adding maybe more water. The effect that I was not expecting was the tummy rumbling. It was quiet pronounced and I did feel more bloated over the next 3 hours. The flavor was OK, as good as punch can be.

The 4D clean energy tasted great! It was so easy to use with the individual packets. The only thing i would recommend is not to drink it on an empty stomach. My energy lasted the entire day! Loved the product will definitely purchase this product again!

Loved this drink!!! Gave me the burst of energy I needed to get through moving my daughter this weekend, and keeping up with my grandson! My husband tried it and was also surprised with the energy he had. I stretched it a little further to weaken the sweetness, but that is a bonus if you ask me. Will definitely be looking for more flavors.

I tried the 4D Clean Energy supplement after receiving it. The flavor is good, not a medicinal like. Most of the vitamins you would expect in a multivitamin are included in this, but this also is an energy booster. Easy to mix and drink. No after taste. Good way to get BCAAs in your diet. Energy blend is proprietary but feels good. I plan to see if this helps with recovery after working out.

This 4D mix has a good flavor. It took a lot of shaking to get it to mix well. Taste was good and did feel energized about 2-3 hours afterwards. Not a fan of of the sucralose that is in this mix. Stevia is great to use. Tropical punch is what I tried and it tasted great mixed with cold water.

I don’t typically drink energy drinks on regular days, but I decided to try this out on a weekend where I had a ton of schoolwork to get done. This product definitely helped! I went from nodding off to being able to focus and get the work done. My only complaint is the taste…it’s just a bit off. It’s bitter with the typical “energy drink” after taste. No jittery feelings afterwards though.

Drink flavoring tastes like fruit punch and is easy to drink. The flavor is really great. After just drinking 1/2 of my first bottle, I felt energized and saved the remainder for the next day. I drank the second 1/2 the following day and had the same energized reaction where I was able to focus on work and get a ton done without feeling tired by the end of my workday. I normally do not enjoy the taste of energy drinks but this one was really good!!

The taste of the product is good. It tastes exactly like fruit punch. I like that it has caffeine, minerals and vitamins. To ensure I’m getting all my needed nutrients. I think it would be nice if they could offer a caffeine free version for those who cannot consume caffeine. It would also be nice to see a variety of different flavors.
