I’m not an energy drink person but I felt this was a healthy alternative to them and boy was I right!! It was like a B12 healthy and useful tool to pick me up and get me moving… wii never have my wAter bottle w/o this!!!

A good energy drink. Dissolves quickly, a little on the sweet side. A nice pickme up drink for the afternoon. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a quick pick me up drink. Zero calories.

I got the Tropical Punch flavor and it was really good. It’s not chalky or choke you like others on the market. It is recommended to mix in 16-34oz. I found it to be too sweet when mixed in a 16oz bottle of water. I did have to use a shaker bottle and mixed it in 20oz. I didn’t get the jitters. I felt more alert and awake.

Pretty good after exercise drink. Good flavor, good components overall. Still does have a slight Sports drink taste, but well worth it, better than Gatorade, with amino acids and essential building blocks for muscle recovery, and general recovery after exercise or weightlifting.

My significant other purchases c4 all the time. I gave him these to try and as they wont replace is c4 he did say there was a small energy boost which is good for when he is driving long hauls. The taste he said wasnt bad the fruit punch flavor was decent.

This drink provides health benefits as well as an energy boost without sugar or other unnecessary additives. The fruit punch flavor was pleasant and I didn’t taste the “salty electrolytes” like I sometimes can in these products. The drink definitely gave me a boost of energy. Unfortunately, with 150mgs of caffeine, I did experience a slight crash in energy after the boost. My personal preference is a more natural energy boost. I would give 5 stars for all of the benefits if the caffeine amount was lower. I do love all of the vitamins I’m getting from one drink. I’m excited to see how my body responds long term with the product.

Over the years I've tried a lot of different drink supplements and so far this is the best one I've had. I really like the flavor and I'm also enjoying the little energy boost it gives me. It has tons of supplements which I'm sure helps to boost performance.

I was a little skeptical at first because there are many similar products on the market but I was happily surprised by not only the flavor but how well it works. It’s always nice when it tastes just as good as it works. The tropical punch flavor reminds me of a punch. Also loved to see it was made in America and provides vitamins and energy based on a base of water.

My husband loves these drinks! As a busy physician he is on the go and often needs to skip a meal. He doesn’t want to load up on caffeine but these great tasting drinks provide energy without being caffeinated. He is also still making a full recovery from covid pneumonia and feels these help him get through his days as do I. The kids like them too!

Pros - The packaging was nicely done and kept all of the individual packets contained. It tasted good, gave me a nice boost of energy, and was easy to use. Cons - The product is made for 16-24 ounces, which is quite a large range. I think it would make more sense to simply make it for standard 16.9 ounce bottles. The packet doesn't really tear all that well. Every single packet tore with a tiny hole, and I had to tear it open more. It wasn't a big deal, but just something that could easily be fixed. Overall, I really liked it and felt like it definitely contributed to my daily well-being and gave me a nice boost before my workouts.
