I was very surprised by the taste of 4D. It was refreshing and a little sweeter than I was anticipating. The flavor is really good and it helps give you an extra boost before a workout or just for an afternoon pick me up! Since it comes in individual sticks you can always grab and go just put in a water bottle and shake. I would highly recommend this product.

When at first I opened the 4D drink powder the smell was not great. I did put it in cold water and to my surprise tasted great! I really like that it is vegan, has zero sugar, & no calories. I believe does give a energy boost and tasted better than most energy drinks.

4D Premium comes in a package of twenty five convient one serving packets and always ready on the go! It taste pretty good and gives me energy. The multitude of supplements packed into this small on the go pack is already just add to a bottle of water and you are good to go!

I really wanted to love these being one of the few option sams has for the combined energy and hydration. I live at high altitude, so hydration is a big deal when playing sports. They work great, however I was disappointed at the taste. I’ve used other products that tasted better. I do love that It has added vitamins and “clean energy”, so I plan to try another flavor.

I am giving 4D premium 2 thumbs up! I have taken 4D for 2 weeks now. I take it once daily about 2pm. 4D gave me an added boost of energy to get over the hump of the afternoon lull. I used the Tropical Punch flavor, that describes it well, it reminded me of the canned punch when I was a child. The single serve packets are easy to open. I just throw it in my purse , it held up nicely. 4D mixes easily with water and was mostly smooth to drink. There were a few granules in the bottom of the glass but no more than any other water additive I’ve used. I did not feel jittery using 4D but rather assisting with endurance to complete my day. Also, I was able to fall asleep at the end of the day easily. I recommend trying 4D !

So I tried it two different times in normal size water bottle . Each time it gave me a bit of heartburn . The taste was good even though it was a little tart at the end. Couldn’t really tell a difference in energy. Did make me feel a little funny. Wish I had a better review to give but I won’t be trying it again.

The 4D energy packs are great if you’re looking for a pre-workout boost, or some energy that’s not from caffeine. The tropical punch flavor is nice and very drinkable. One packet works great to mix into a small bottled water. I appreciate that there’s nothing artificial in it, nor is it loaded with sugar. Since the ingredients are all natural, I don’t feel jittery or get that pit of my stomach feeling like similar products.

I really like the ingredients list and that it's a clean form of energy. It has a true fruit punch flavor but is very sweet. If you're not used to sweet products it may be too sweet for you. Overall it's a good product and worth trying if you're looking for vitamin energy without added ingredients or artificial flavoring!

These are nice to carry in an individual serving package. I mixed a package into a water bottle and it blended very well ( no grit). The taste was good too. I would recommend these for anyone that wants a little flavor to their water. Also good to have when it’s hot out for extra electrolytes.

Great product, comes packaged beautifully!! Tastes good, easy to make and the box comes in a nice convenient way to open it. Really does give a boost in energy and helps with pre-workout. Mix 1 full pack with 16-24 ounces of water. Best to consume 30 minutes prior to activity.
