Pros: product is easy to use and dissolves completely (others taste gritty, this one doesn't). Flavor is pleasantly mild, not too sweet, and there's no unpleasant aftertaste. Makes a twenty ounce bottle of water a little bit easier to drink before exercise. Cons; I'm just not sure how well it works. I didn't feel all that promised energy or any improved recovery. Probably worth it for the sugar free hydration, and if you get more than that, BONUS!

This product comes in individual packages, which is very convenient for people who are always on the go. The taste is great, it dissolves quick so there is no much powder taste on it. It helps to feel more energetic, especially if drank in the morning. I definitely recommend this product, great bust for hard and long days.

This product brings quite a few nutrients to the table. The flavor is better than similar products I have used in the past. Keep in mind that because there are so many nutrients combined with a energy boost, it is important to not immediately drink it all at once. Give your body some time and drink the product slowly. I am older, so I drink half and then save the other half for another time. My son is a college athlete, and drinking a whole bottle did help his workout. There is a noticeable boost in energy. The fact it works with dietary restrictions is a plus. He has asked for me to get more, and I will oblige. Overall, solid product. It does what is asked of it.

Initially I thought it was a drink to provide energy but after reading the instructions it turns out to be a pre-work. As far as pre-works out go it had a good taste, it wasn't gritty and did make me have some energy after drinking it. The packaging is durable and they are in convenient individual packaging where you can take it and go. They are premeasured to just add to an 8 oz bottle water and shake up quickly to get your work out on. Now, you can use part of it depending on how strong you like your drinks.

This product is what it says. My co worker and I tried it together. It is sweet. I tried a full packet in my 40 oz bottle and it was strong tasting. Then we shared a packet and it was perfect. It really seems to help us focus and avoid the 3 pm slump. We work in an office so this was great. Taste good too. We had the punch flavor.

I expected 4D Total Body Boost mix with water to taste like medicine. I was pleasantly surprised that it tastes great! It mixes easily with water and I do feel like I have more endurance when I workout. I do drink it at least 30 minutes before working out in the pool. Give a try!

I would take one packet with me everyday while we were out. Just mix with water during a meal break and you ready to go with more energy and focus. Overall, I was pleased with 4D Premium Energy Drink. While other flavors may be available, I had the Tropical Punch flavor. The packaging is convenient with small pouches that can be thrown in a bag or pocket. The flavor is a bit sweet if the directions are followed (16-24 oz). I used a larger 50 oz. container and found the flavor more palatable. I found that while consuming this I did have more energy throughout the day. While I would use this product again in the future, I would be curious to know if there are additional flavors.

This drink mix came nicely packaged. The taste is just okay - it's not delicious nor is it horrible - it's just okay with a small aftertaste. I did not notice a huge difference in my performance however I also don't do anything super strenuous. My boyfriend also tried it and he thought that it was just alright - wasn't amazing but was just okay. So I would keep an eye out if they ever have other flavors I would like to try.

4D gives me energy so much energy. I was scared at first. I thought it would give me the jitters but it didn't. Instead it gave me the boost of energy that I needed. I really like that it is a tropical punch flavor. I tried it with both room temperature water and cold water. I preferred mixing it with cold water. Since I have started drinking 4D, I have noticed the difference in myself. Before 4D, I struggled with concentrating focusing while working. Now I find that I am more alert, focused and productive. That's a huge plus for me!
