I tried 4D and believe it can be an excellent product. It is delicious, mixes well with WARM water, and the packaging passed my personal test. I grabbed 2 packets, put them in my pocket, and ran a few miles. The packaging did not fall apart; however, I put a few packets in my pocket for the day to use at the end of the day. Although the packaging stayed together, there was noticeable wear and a partial tear of one packet. Again, this is completely anecdotal but for me, it is important that the packets stay put. I do not buy another product for poor packaging. Overall, this product did not appear to spike my blood-sugar level so I was happy and enjoyed the product!

Product is very good tasting It is recommended to use in 16-24 oz of liquid We used the full packet in a regular sized water bottle (16.9oz) it was a little too strong for our taste and we will be using only half a packet in a regular water bottle we are in our late 50’s and this seemed to help energize and get us through a hot, outdoor working day with a little extra kick

This a great pre workout drink with No side affects. Or just a little pick me up to make it through the day. Taste is great and really no after taste like most energy drinks. I really enjoyed the way it made my performance stronger in my workout! I will definitely be adding this to my daily workout

Followed directions and it was like drinking cotton candy. I really couldn’t overcome the sweetness. If you like super sweet drinks this is for you. I did not care for it. I really wanted to, the idea of having the extra hydration was very appealing. I love the idea of adding flavor to water, I love water, but, some need to have it flavored. I think they could cut the sweetness in half and it would be more appealing.

After trying 4D my energy level has increased tremendously. I feel more rested and better able to tackle everyday chores. It had gotten were I could not do a lot around the house. Now I have the energy to complete more tasks and I don’t feel run down. Go 4D

The 4D tropical punch powdered mix far exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it mixed with water without having to shake it like some other mixes do. The tropical flavor packed a nice punch. I like that it comes in a box of 25 packets. I will definitely be buying this product again. We own and run a gym and I will possibly be selling this as a mixer for water to give the gym goers a burst of energy during their workout

The powder has a fruity pebbles vitamin flavor, from back 25 years ago, kind of chalky. I do like it better in cold from the fridge water, but room temperature is okay, has more of an after taste of the chalkiness. It takes about 10 minutes to fully dissolve. It does give a bit of energy without jitters and a feeling of fullness.

I have been testing this product the past two weeks while rebuilding 3/4 of a mile of barbed wire fence. I take one before I start and one after. The energy boost it gives me is noticeable and has kept me going even when the temperature was in the upper 90’s. I also take one after I am done for the day to help in my recovery. You will need to mix with 32 ounces of water as the flavor is very strong. The berry flavor is good.

The Tropical Punch flavor is really good (no weird aftertaste that you get with some drinks). I thought it was just right in a 16.9 oz bottle of water although my husband thought it was too sweet - so he dilutes it a little more. It has a tendency to settle at the bottom of my bottle so make sure you keep it shook up or you'll get a really strong shot at the last of the drink. It's packed with vitamins so it isn't a caffeine fix that will prop you up and then drop you soon after.

4D energy tastes great and works great. 4D gives me the boost I need to workout harder and without jitters or racing heart beat. I take it as directed before exercising and it really boosts my energy level and I now skip coffee until after I workout.
