These 4D supplement sticks shocked me! I was very skeptical at first. The other supplements that I have tried that are similar to this have tasted terrible and left a horrible after taste. This drink tasted great and did not leave an after taste. I drank this before starting on taking my Christmas decorations down, and it did not disappoint.

4D Clean Energy Premium Dietary Supplement in the Tropical Fruit flavor comes with 25 packets of product that you can stir into 16-24 ounces of water. Super easy to use and to take with you on the go. I was shocked to see the large amount of vitamines and aminos that are packed into each tiny packet, it's almost like taking a daily vitamin but tastes better and gives you energy. The product does give off a "vitamin" smell when you mix it into water but surprisingly it doesn't taste chalky like when you swallow a vitamin tablet. It literally taste like you are drinking fruit punch with no bad after flavor. I typically do not like energy drinks but I like this one, so I recommend it.

I mixed this with 16 oz and 24 oz of water. I liked it mixed with 24 oz of water best. It has a very lite refreshing taste. No aftertaste and not too sweet. My favorite way to have it was chilled in my freezer until it started to get icy. I also drank it with lime squeezed into it. It was a great mid afternoon pick-me-up. I will buy this product in the future. After a couple of uses I noticed a difference in my energy level.

I’ve been drinking this for days. Tried it at different times of the day to see if it’s efficacy was consistent. What I liked is that it did what it claimed about endurance! It worked great when I took it before my workouts. I was pleasantly surprised with 4D as how great the taste was for a healthy drink alternative. When I first drank it I had completely forgot I drank it. After a great afternoon I remembered I drank it. Reflecting I realized the only difference in my normal afternoon was the 4D drink. I was also surprised that unlike other energy drinks I’ve tried there was no “crash” afterwards.

Good flavor. I actually felt refreshed after drinking. Gives you a bit of a kick and energy. Enjoyed drinking it. Didn’t have after taste like other brands I've tasted. Definitely could see incorporating this drink in my health routine to give me some extra energy!

I must admit I was a little hesitant to try this product as I don’t like the taste of pre-workout drinks. They usually have that nasty artificial sugar type taste. That’s not the case with 4D. I received fruit punch and it tastes delicious! A fruity tropical taste that doesn’t have that gross diet taste! It also didn’t get me all jittery! I gave my boyfriend a taste and he also liked it! He had no clue it was pre-workout. He thought it was a good juice lol.

The product did seem to give me more energy and feel refreshed from the electrolytes…..takes a bit of stirring for it to truly dissolve in a cup, but dissolves quicker and easier if you do it in like a blender bottle or some sort of shaker cup. My main issue is the taste….it is a strong tropical punch flavor, but there’s something very artificial about the flavor. Will probably use the remainder of what is in the box since it’s nice to be to able to take it easily on the go, but wouldn’t purchase it again on my own choosing.

This is a really good product. I have been using it for three weeks already after my lunch break. I used to be sleepy after I ate, but one bottle of 4D gives me the energy to finish the day at work. I have really noted the change since I started drinking 4D. Even though, tropical punch is not my favorite flavor, 4D has an awesome taste. It is not too sweet like other products on the market. In addition, the presentation of individual packets is perfect to take to your job and use it when you need it. Furthermore, the easy open design of the package avoids spills. I really liked this product.

Hesitant to give this a great review as there are so many similar products on the market and the 4D Clean Energy didn't really stand out. It has a lot of vitamins known for giving energy boosts, like vitamin B. The flavor of the drink was okay. My husband and I both tried a packet before a packed day and didn't notice a huge difference in energy, but it does give a boost for a few hours. If you're a tired parent or need a pick up before going to work this would be a good option.

I’ve used these energy packets for a while now and I absolutely love them. They are perfect for on-the-go. I like that they are sugar and dairy-free…which is something I always try to have in my diet. They are excellent for the days when I need extra energy when I really don’t want to go to the gym but know that I HAVE to go! I love that they have everything in them like keeping me hydrated….immune boosted which also makes my skin flawless!
