This is a versatile product in there for so many reasons. I used it before my workout and used it at my lunchtime to get through the remainder of the day. I actually have used it when I made myself a little cocktail. Just add a few sprinkles. Also poured it in my protein shake. You can honestly just use it for the day for its benefits. I love that it is keto friendly, 0 cal sugar-free!! The taste is amazing not overly sweet, like others. No aftertaste.

I have been starting my day by adding the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement to a bottled water. Mixes/dissolves well and flavor is Fruit Punch. One packet in the morning gives me the pick me up to get my day started just a great supplement for that little extra.

I’ve been using this for about a week and it works. I feel more energized and doesn’t bloat me. I’m picky about energy drinks because of the taste. This actually tastes good and doesn’t clump. It has many vitamins, gluten free, and zero calories. It’s even good if your on a keto diet. I usually fast and this product gives me the energy until my next meal. It comes with 25 pouches which I think is affordable for the price. The price is less than if you buy two energy drinks.

I use this in the mornings to replace coffee. Its okay for a drink but I prefer liquid IV for my rehydration drink and electrolytes. There is an aftertaste bit its not to terrible. I think a different flavor than fruit punch would be better. I asked my teenage son to use it while hes at football camp and he liked it. I dont feel jittery after drinking it so thats a positive. Depending on price I would would recommend it to others.

I have been a faithful user of Zip Fizz for a couple of years. I loved the boost it gave me and the slow “crash” after about 4 hours. I still have a half a box of the Zip Fizz because the 4D supplement came in. The first time I tried it I was amazed at how fast the stuff kicked in. Within 30 minutes I was at full speed! The boost lasted about six hours and the crash was extremely gentle. There was no jittery feelings either like I would get sometimes with the Zip Fizz. When the box was getting low, I ordered two more because I liked what it did for me and I didn’t want to have to go back to the Zip Fizz! This is my go to energy powder now and I always have some at home, at work and in my truck. I’ll be ordering more next week and you should too!

I hate take so many vitamins and this amazing drink allows you to intake all your necessary nutrients in one great tasting drink. You don't even need all of the packet. You can use one packet for two drinks. I had the tropical punch and it was great! Great taste. A lot of these type of drink mixes have a weird flavor to them. This one taste really good. Definitely worth a try a great alternative to the sugared varieties of energy drinks. I like that they are in individually wrapped packages which make it easy to throw in your purse your gym bag to always have them on hand.

We are general very picky about the add in powder drinks but this one is really good. Punch flavor works well with water and ice in a shaker cup. My oldest son really liked the flavor and plans to use this before his running work outs. My husband likes having these kinds of drinks before weight lifting as well. We will definitely be buying more and trying other flavors if we can find them

Have been using this as a pre-workout and so far I am so happy with the results. Then powder quickly dissolves and the taste is great. This is the best pre-workout I have ever used. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a product to give you a boost!

I couldn’t wait to try this out and then almost forgot before I went for my swim. I couldn’t believe how well this mixed with ice cold water. This drink has the essential nutrients I look for and will be a part of my daily routine from here out. Love the taste.
