I love the box design and the amount of packets in the box. The packets were easy to open and poured nicely without making a mess. I used the max water noted on the box-24 oz as I don’t like it too sweet. It’s definitely important to shake well. I gave it 4 stars because it had a little bit of a vitamin after taste. It is extremely healthy as I was able to give to my type 2 diabetic husband. My teenage sons loved them too. Overall, I would buy them for my family to drink.

This has a great taste and dissolved easily in water. I used my PC stirrer to mix this with water and had great success. To me it had a stronger taste than I like so I just added more water to my mix with success. I was having a lazy day before drinking this and I will say I was motivated to get some things done after. I’ll need to drink more to ensure it wasn’t a one time event!

I have to begin this review by commenting on the caffeine content of the mix. I think part of why you should drink it 30 minutes prior to activity and how it “boosts” you during exercise is simply the 150 mg of caffeine you would consume if you drank an entire packet. The taste is decent, but sweet. I originally mixed it with 16 oz of water and it was VERY sweet. I prefer it mixed with 24 oz, it is a little bit more palatable. It does contain sucralose and stevia, so there is a hint of an aftertaste and it wouldn’t be good for fasting. Overall, the intended effects definitely came through, and I like the health benefits of the ingredients mentioned in their proprietary blend. I do think however, that there are other products on the market that can achieve this without the caffeine buzz.

I've used plenty of pre and post workout drinks as well as dietary supplements. This one seems to do it all. I haven't been working out much in the past few months since I've been landscaping my 1-acre yard in the hot NM sun...moving tons of gravel and dirt. Very physical work. I started taking this before I start my yard work, I I felt like I had more energy, with no jitters like some other energy drinks give me. I also have taken it after 10 hours of working on the yard, and it seems to help me recover better, feeling less sore. And it tastes GREAT! I don't like strong tasting drinks, this one isn't strong, although I do dilute it more...using 1 pack for a 16oz glass tastes just right for me! On top of the energy and recovery feature, it also contains all the vitamins and anti-oxidants needed for the day.

The tropical punch tastes great and the small packet of powder is easy to store in a your gym bag or backpack for an on the go use. Just keep a bottle of water, preferably cold as it tastes better with cold water. I will buy more to keep at work for last minute workouts.

As a person who does not particularly like artificial fruity flavors, this one did not an overwhelming/unpleasant taste. I felt it was a little gritty/left a little bit of a film in the mouth. In comparison to other energy packets, it seems to hold its own. The packaging is convenient to throw in a lunchbox/purse to use as needed.

I got a sample of this product and was a little skeptical because I am not a fan of energy drinks. I tried it because I was exhausted and had a crazy busy day scheduled at work and needed to be able to function. You mix the packet with 16-24 oz water (I used a 20 oz Dasani water bottle). It has a bit of a strange smell to it but honestly the fruit punch flavor is great! It’s really sweet. I drank the bottle throughout the day as opposed to chugging it down - again NOT a fan of energy drinks - and it kept me going all day. This stuff is loaded with caffeine and other energy-boosting goodies but it didn’t give me the jitters or make my heart race like other energy supplements have in the past. Maybe this is because I took it in more slowly? Overall, I think it’s a great product and will probably use it again in the same way. Personally I would be a little afraid to chug it down and work out because I would be afraid my heart would explode with all the stimulating substances in it!

I thought I would try the 4D in lieu of my daily multivitamin, it only took one attempt and I can know for certain this is a no go for me. I was expecting more of a kool aid taste; however, the water enhanced with the 4D tasted like a flavored multi vitamin in liquid form. I would much rather swallow one bulky pill than drink a whole bottle of this mess.

Great drink flavor and quick dissolving. Used before working out. Didn’t leave a heavy feeling like some other drinks tend to have. 4D was also enjoyed by my active teenage boys that need some motivation to drink. They loved the flavor and the energy boost it gave. I also like the amino acids it contains.

This product is amazing, especially for people that don’t tolerate high caffeine energy supplements. My husband and I both have been using 4D and feel much more energized and focused throughout the day. My husband does not tolerate caffeine well, and can’t even use decaffeinated tea, so for him to find an energy supplement that works for him, without giving him the jitters or palpitations is amazing. I am very tolerant to caffeine, and this still makes me feel energized and focused. It also tastes pretty good😊
