I run seven days a week and during the work week I get up really early in the morning to run before work and getting the kids ready for school. The motivation most mornings is tough to run when it is still dark, so I am always looking for a little boost. 4D does just that for me, I mix it in about 20 ounces of water and give a quick shake to drink before my morning run. It dissolves easy and tastes great, most importantly though it gives me the energy to fully wake-up and be ready to hit the pavement running each morning. The one knock I have is that it doesn't have the most pleasant smell.

I was looking forward to this product but unfortunately It didn’t sit well with my stomach and I didn’t feel great after using it. I tried a few times but it just wasn’t for me. It has great ingredients and I was really hoping my stomach could tolerate it.

I had the tropical punch flavor. Used it as a pre workout, helped me get through my morning workout. No crashes in the afternoon, I don’t have anything negative to say about this product. Would definitely purchase more, it taste really good, zero calories with vitamins and more.

4D Clean Energy meets the need of a dietry supplement that can give you an energy boost and keep you hydrated. The flavor of the fruit punch is fair and is a bit on the sweeter side for my liking. There is also a vitamin and alternate sweetner after taste, which is why i gave this review a three stars.

The 4D Premium packets have been a pleasant experience to use. However, the majority of the other brands we have sampled have an unpleasant, bitter aftertaste. We are currently using the tropical punch flavor, which offers a delightful balance of sweetness and fruitiness without being overpowering. It's listed as helping with focus, joint care, skin, and electrolytes. We would highly recommend to friends and family.

The Tropical Punch flavor is really good (no weird aftertaste that you get with some drinks). I thought it was just right in a 16.9 oz bottle of water although my husband thought it was too sweet - so he dilutes it a little more. It has a tendency to settle at the bottom of my bottle so make sure you keep it shook up or you'll get a really strong shot at the last of the drink. It's packed with vitamins so it isn't a caffeine fix that will prop you up and then drop you soon after.

This supplement has a very strong fruit punch flavor and dissolves well into water. The flavor was pretty strong for me so I preferred to mix it with no less than 24oz of water, which was a lot for me if I wanted to drink the whole supplement before working out. It has a bit of a chalky taste to go with it but that’s something I got use to. I didn’t feel any noticeable effects after drinking it which is no complaint, I appreciated being able to drink caffeine and not have any shakiness or crash effects. I probably would try out a different flavor if I was to have this again.

I received 4D Premium Dietary Supplement from Sam’s Club for review. The supplement came in Tropical Fruit Punch flavor. The supplement tasted ok however, it had a mild vitamin taste. I don’t believe that I have used the product long enough to know if it helps to boost immunity, skin health, and joint care. It does provide electrolytes!

I tried the 4D Clean Energy supplement after receiving it. The flavor is good, not a medicinal like. Most of the vitamins you would expect in a multivitamin are included in this, but this also is an energy booster. Easy to mix and drink. No after taste. Good way to get BCAAs in your diet. Energy blend is proprietary but feels good. I plan to see if this helps with recovery after working out.

I take supplements for bone and joint health as well as a multivitamin daily. This product combines a lot of great beneficial products into an easy to drink packet. I got the fruit punch flavor, it has a little too much of a sweet taste for me but I would try other flavors to see if there is one I like better.
