I buy a lot of flavored water packets since water is a bit boring to me. This 4D Tropical Punch is a good flavor and the powder mixes easily, no clumping. Not to mention, this includes Focus, Endurance, Immune Boost, Skin Health, Joint Care and Electrolytes. I have not felt jittery and no nasty after taste. The package comes with 25 servings, I personally have never got that quantity from the brands I have previously purchased. I definitely will purchase these from my Sam’s club. Also, I am a person that gets those jitters if energy products have whatever causes that. Some people don’t mind the jittery feeling, while I dislike it greatly. I am not a reviewer that will say I feel rainbows and butterflies when I don’t. I am not paid, just here to give an honest review.

If you are looking for a mix to give you energy then look no further! This drink mix gave me more energy than any coffee or energy drink I’ve ever had. The drink mixes well with water and seems to fully dissolve. The taste is sweet which is nice. I love that it doesn’t leave a chalky feeling in my mouth or have any bad aftertaste.

I’m very excited about the ingredients in this product. I usually stay away from energy drinks due to sugar content or other unnecessary things. 4stars because it takes a bit to dissolve- chunks were floating around. I also am not a huge fan of fruit punch, tropical punch but this isn’t too overpowering. I do like it in 24 ozs of water vs 16 ozs. It didn’t make me jittering - it’s about equivalent to a cup of strong coffee. It’s made in the USA and I’m interested in trying the other flavors- peach tea, pina colada. If you want a healthier energy drink I’d suggest giving this a try. If I continue to drink this product I can stop many of my supplements because they are in this product. It’s a bit pricey but if I can get vitamin A, C, D, E,K all the B’s and glucosamine then it is worth the price.

Drank this first thing in the morning. Gave me just as much energy as my usual coffee if not more. It’s gluten, dairy, soy, and gmo free plus is keto friendly and has zero calories! Loaded with vitamins and nutrients. What’s not to love! I would recommend mixing it with 24oz of water if you don’t like it sweet, 16 oz of water was too sweet for my liking. Great supplement drink!

This drink tastes really good. Three members of my family enjoyed this. Good punch flavor. The taste does have a hint of vitamin flavor to me but it is not bad. I made with 16 oz of water. I think I could dilute in more water and it would still taste good.

Wow! This pre workout energy drink is fantastic. This punch is a vitamin supplement that enhances ones stamina before each workout. I was skeptical at first, but the product do work. If you are not exercising, do not take it, because it will fire up your machine. Moreover, it taste good and it mixes well.

I have been looking for something that will help me stay focused and give me just the right boost for the day. I am not a big fan of fruit punch but when I tasted this it was amazing and full of flavor. I am very pleased with this drink mix. It says to drink twice a day and it is so hard to only drink two a day..

Pros: product is easy to use and dissolves completely (others taste gritty, this one doesn't). Flavor is pleasantly mild, not too sweet, and there's no unpleasant aftertaste. Makes a twenty ounce bottle of water a little bit easier to drink before exercise. Cons; I'm just not sure how well it works. I didn't feel all that promised energy or any improved recovery. Probably worth it for the sugar free hydration, and if you get more than that, BONUS!

I am the type of person who will drink or eat things just because they are good for me - the flavor of this drink is reminiscent to me of kids vitamins - it is not bad just has that end note of vitamins. I do think the flavor is better than most sport drinks which would make this a great alternative to that type of drink especially given the supplemental advantages this drink has. I have also noticed that the flavor is strong enough to last through adding water and ice multiple times and still having good flavor-great for those who don’t like to drink plain water but are looking for a healthy advantage. The drink has caffeine so great alternative to morning coffee especially with warmer weather right around the corner.

Love this drink. I have one everyday, I love all of the vitamins that are in. Plus it gives me that afternoon boost of energy that I need, with out the jittery feeling. And the clarity boost is an added bonus. Will definitely continue this drink as a daily routine
