This is a yummy way to replace hydration and electrolytes especially during warm weather or exercise. We love to pack these in our bag for trips to local theme parks to add to water bottles throughout the day in order to stay feeling our best despite the heat and sweat.

I love this product! It recommends adding it to 16-24 ounces of water, but I use a bit more to help it dissolve. The taste is fantastic! I love this product! It says to add it to 16-24 oz of water. I do more than that to help it dissolve but it tastes so good! The first day I noticed that I had a little more energy but each day after I was able to wake up earlier and even able to work out before work. I love that I don’t get the shakes or have a major crash with this which I typically get with any other similar products. My skin also seems to be clearing up some. I lost another pound this week so it seems to also be helping on my weight loss journey. I can’t rave enough about this wonderful product!!

4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement presents a good option for a pre-workout boost. It is packaged in handy single-serve sleeves, it dissolves well in water and it is pleasant tasting. If anything, it was a bit strong and I watered it down some to mellow-out the flavor. I used 4D prior to a few lifting/biking workouts in recent weeks and it seemed to put a bit of pep in my step and it sat well and didn't cause any stomach upset like some pre-workout supplements I've tried.

Love that this is a smaller company right here in the United States! Product comes in the industry standard skinny tube packets which easily tear open so they can be dumped into a bottle of water. Unlike some other products of this type, 4D doesn’t leave an aftertaste so for that alone I’d buy this product!!

This product tasted great! It had more of a grapefruit flavor than the tropical punch flavor it was advertised as, but it was not overpowering or too sweet like some energy mixes can be. There was no jittery feeling after drinking this product. It has many of the vitamins that are needed for an active lifestyle and is a good replacement for pre-work out.

I love water mix-ins! I have tried all of the brands and flavors and I would definitely recommend this brand! I don’t usually choose “punch” flavors, but this was a very refreshing and tropical option. Some mix ins don’t mix well and leave chunks of powder, not 4D. It’s a light and refreshing drink, that’s full of vitamins. I was surprised there are no calories, it’s incredibly flavorful! I also really appreciate the packaging- the individual packages are super easy to open!

I received my product 4D Energy - Tropical punch-earlier than expected. Read the info of what is in the drink and how much water to use 16-24. I used 16.9 oz and that was fine. It was a little sweeter than expected. I have had Spark and it’s very “vitamin” tasting- this is not. I could taste a little aftertaste - probably from sweetener- but it was smooth and overall tasted good.

I like that it comes in packets for convenience which makes it easy to carry with you and pour into a water bottle when you need it. I'm not as active in the cooler weather, so didn't experience any energy boost or focus when I used the product. The fruit punch flavor was good, but I don't like the artificial sweetener after-taste. If you are an active person, you might get good results from this product.

I am a water person, I received this product and it took a few days for me to finally try it. It’s extremely hot in Florida now so I gave it a shot and I have to say I am impressed. The flavors is wonderful, not overwhelming, it gives me so much energy and it’s very refreshing. It keeps me awake and focused, I get up at 3:00 am in the morning and I don’t need my afternoon coffee anymore. Overall I believe this is a great supplement and you got a new customer!

I wanted to like these because they seem to have a lot of good things in them, but the after taste is awful. I had the tropical punch flavor so maybe another flavor would have been better. They do come in a convenient pantry package to grab one quickly when needed and would be perfect on the go. I didn’t notice any extra energy. I just can’t get past the flavor.
