4D is an easy way to get a refreshing boost of energy before a workout or labor intensive activity. The powder mixes well in water and does not have a gritty texture like similar products can have. The tropical punch flavor is nice and the strength can be adjusted with the amount of water used for those who like it stronger or calmer.

Love that this is a smaller company right here in the United States! Product comes in the industry standard skinny tube packets which easily tear open so they can be dumped into a bottle of water. Unlike some other products of this type, 4D doesn’t leave an aftertaste so for that alone I’d buy this product!!

This 4D Clean energy dietary supplement is similar to others we have tried. We tried the tropical punch flavor. I personally am not a fan of that flavor. I found it very strong and it seemed to remain gritty no matter how much I mixed. I do think it provided an kick of energy. In addition it provides some very important vitamins which is definitely a plus. I would recommend especially if it comes in a different flavor.

This drink tastes really good. Three members of my family enjoyed this. Good punch flavor. The taste does have a hint of vitamin flavor to me but it is not bad. I made with 16 oz of water. I think I could dilute in more water and it would still taste good.

This drink mix has a great concept and seems to o even b good for you but the artificial sweetener is just too overpowering for my taste. I used 20oz bottle of water which is more water than suggested and very sweet still. Of the 4 family members that tried it, 1 liked it! I think maybe you just have to be a person that likes artificial sweet sweet. Less sweetener and probably would have been ok. Doesn’t mix well and left clumps with refrigerated water. Room temp mixed fine.

This drink was surprisingly tasty. A lot of energy drinks have a strange aftertaste, but this one really has a fruit punch flavor with almost imperceptible after taste. However, the benefit of this drink is the amount of energy you get. It is not just a subtle change in energy level. After I took it the first time, I noticed I was more focused, and engaged in conversations more at an event I attended. The other times I took the product, I was tired and ready for a nap. About 30 minutes after drinking the product, I forgot I had been tired. I've also taken the product about an hour before working out, on days when I'm feeling low on energy. It not only did I get a boost of energy, but it makes me get through a jog without tiring out. A friend of mine asked if you caused a crash as it's wearing out, i.e. feeling tired as it's wearing off. It does not. I've liked the results of it so much that I already purchased a second box. I searched all the ingredients I didn't recognize online, and it all seems safe. I recognized almost everything on the list, so it's better than a lot of other products in that aspect.

The 4D Energy Premium in the flavor fruit punch is a great alternative to other more costly vitamin infused beverages. The powder comes wrapped in individual packets which is nice for when your on the go. The powder mixes well with the water and the flavor is refreshing.

The tropical punch has a good taste, but is not overpowering. I mixed it with a regular size (16.9oz) water bottle. The color hasn't been consistent though. When it is first mixed, it's a pink color and then after a few minutes it turns into a salmon color. The taste does not change with the color. There was no energy crash after taking this.

Overall this is one of the best pre-workout supplements I have tried. Packaging: came in a box. Looks nice and was wrapped securely in cellophane. Inside is individual servings- not resealable (sometimes I use half). Taste: it’s not bad but it does taste like chemicals- which it is, so don’t expect it to taste delicious. But overall there’s not too much of an aftertaste and is relatively pleasant. Feel: this is an effective energy boost and I feel it is also effective as a supplement to building muscle and general health. It does give a buzz without much of a crash, which is really nice. Best part is it doesn’t give me the shakes even when I take a whole serving. Have started taking this on non workout days as well in lieu of coffee. Also doesn’t give me reflux or any tummy discomfort. Overall: Would purchase on the regular. Everything about this product is fine, I like that it has pretty clean ingredients, and it is better than most energy drinks.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The natural ingredients were definitely present and made it easy to drink. No Red 40 is a must for me, which is hard to find in “Tropical Punch”! Love packing and how it can sit out on my counter for daily easy access. Great replacement for morning coffee!
