I drank this after 7PM, don't do this, unless of course, you like being super productive and hanging out with the vampires (my oldest son) but don't expect any help from them, this stuff is good but it doesn't perform miracles. I knew better than to drink an energy drink this late but I had so much to do & I was so tired & unmotivated that I was willing to risk it. Most energy drinks will give me a boost for 30 minutes or so and then fizzle out. So not worth the 200 calories or $4 I spend on them. 4D is different... Very different. An I didn't get to sleep until 5 am different. And you know what? I wasn't upset about it at all. I got so much mundane crap done so fast I moved on to fun stuff like prepping to paint the cabinets that I've had paint for going on 6 months now. No lie. I don't know what they've done so different than all the others but this is my one and only energy booster from now on (except my morning coffee. You would have to put me in rehab before I could give that up) It is very concentrated and tastes great. I love it. It's easier to mix with a little bit of warm water first to help dissolve the crystals. It says to mix with up to 20 oz of water which I did and it's still very concentrated which I love but maybe too much for some. If you like crazy amounts of energy and motivation without feeling like you just drank 10 double Expresso's than you have got to try 4D energy. It really is that good.

I've liked this supplement drink so far. I usually have a bottle in the am while at work and my energy level does seem to be higher. As far as all of the other claims, I can't really speak to them but I like the flavor and the ease of the individual packets.

I used the fruit punch for a few days about 30 minutes prior to my workout. Mixed with about 2/3 of a regular size water bottle. Taste was not as strong as I normally desire from my pre workout drinks, but overall a good flavor. I gelt a small kick of energy, but nothing crazy. I was able to get through my workout nicely after using this product. Dissolved very well in the water, and was not gritty at all. I would say this is a good product that does what it says it does.

The drink powder comes in packets were easy to open and pour into a water bottle. I did notice a little boost of alertness and energy afterwards. My only issue is with the artificial sweet taste, probably due to the Sucralose and stevia. Although the flavor did not really suit my taste, I can see this being helpful for a quick pick me up.

This product is very easy to carry, it comes in portioned sized sachets. The flavor I got is Tropical fruit, it is not bad but very very sweet. It would be wise to pour the powder little by little for it to not be too overwhelming. I did feel I had more energy throughout the day though, for me it did not have an after taste but I shared it with my husband and he did complain of an after taste. Over all this product is not bad, not sure I’d buy it.

I was a little skeptical at first because there are many similar products on the market but I was happily surprised by not only the flavor but how well it works. It’s always nice when it tastes just as good as it works. The tropical punch flavor reminds me of a punch. Also loved to see it was made in America and provides vitamins and energy based on a base of water.

I took my 4D drink with me on my walk to stay hydrated. I mixed it into a 16oz bottle of water and felt the flavor was a bit strong. When mixed with 20oz the flavor was much better. I used the fruit punch flavor, and it reminded me of children’s vitamin taste.

These drink packets taste good, but it instructs to mix in 16 ounces of water and I felt like closer to 30 ounces was the right ratio. The flavor is better for my taste and seems to dissolve better. My main critique of the packaging would be that the perforation doesnt allow for the tube to be opened too well and was a bit of a hassle to actually get it open to pour into my drink. Overall, I really liked these.

4D offers 'premium ' amino, vitamin, and energy in pre-portioned individual packets. Similar to the ones used to flavor water but much healthier. Nice flavor, but really sweet in regular 17 oz bottle. Not sure about the claims of better/increased focus, skin health, endurance, but looking forward to any positive effects.

I ordered the product because I was recently hospitalized, with a contributing problem being dehydration. The product tastes quite good and is very easy to mix. I am still taking them, but not only because of the dehydration problem, but because they taste quite good. They are so easy to mix and go well with other snacks such as crackers, popcorn or peanuts. I don't think I would have bought them if it hadn't been for this review process but I will purchase them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone with or without the need for improving dehydration. The flavor is like a cherry taste. I am impressed with how many vitamins it contains and the fact that it is sugar free. I didn't know it until I received it in the mail but it is also Keto friendly which goes along with my present diet.
