My husband and I both tried the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement and came away with mixed reviews. The powder easily dissolves in cold water. After it was mixed we both drank it at the same time. My husband said it tasted ok to him however it was a little too sweet. My first impression was the same however I didn't care for the sweet at all. My husband said that he did feel energized a also stated that he would drink the rest a I didn't care for it. My husband gave it 4 stars after drinking more of it and said he would continue to drink it if we had more.

4D tropical punch flavor is a delicious energy drink, dissolves very quickly in water, packed with vitamins, Amino acids and natural herbs, I drink it right before going to run my 5k every morning and I can feel the difference, I have energy to spare and love the convenience of being able to take the packets with me anywhere and so easy to add to my bottled water.

I received this product a couple of weeks ago and I found I had to limit myself because of the great taste. It isn’t just to provide taste but also aminos, vitamins, and energy with directions stating not to use but up 2 packs a day. I normally drink coffee before working out or going for a run but this was a fantastic substitute and it helped keep me hydrated. Have already purchased another box.

The packaging for this product was pretty awesome and came with encouraging words. I my pre workout dry, but it tastes good both ways. Im curious about their other flavors, like vanilla, that are more smoothie friendly. I would recommend for the flavor and stamina i feel it gives me short termz

I was very surprised by the taste of 4D. It was refreshing and a little sweeter than I was anticipating. The flavor is really good and it helps give you an extra boost before a workout or just for an afternoon pick me up! Since it comes in individual sticks you can always grab and go just put in a water bottle and shake. I would highly recommend this product.

The taste is not that bad for being an energy drink. It did give me a boost of energy to get things done without the crash afterwards. The packaging makes it easy to take along and pour it into my cup of water or a water bottle. It mixes well with a stir or a shake and isn’t gritty.

I use the 4D mix before and during workouts as a refreshing natural energy boost. It tastes delicious and it gives me the vitamins and minerals I need to sustain my workout. It's easy to open, refreshing to drink, and very effective for an energy boost.

I received this product and was excited about the taste. In my experience, it does have a very strong taste, but it does grow on you. I used about 24 ounces of water to mix each packet in. It’s definitely keeps you hydrated, and I recommend drinking it with some sort of food. When I did not have much to eat, it’s made me a little jittery. I like to drink it when I go to work or exercise outside.

I typically enjoy using this drink mix in the afternoon when I need a pick me up to make it through the rest of the day. I like that it is filled with vitamins to support my health while providing me energy. It does kick in fairly quickly. I’d say about 10 minutes after drinking it I feel uplifted. The packaging is a neat little box that I find convenient. It dissolves well in water. I only mix it with water. I imagine it would taste better if I added in something else. That stated, it doesn’t taste bad considering all the benefits. This is my “oh my gosh I’m crashing mid-day, please someone save me with more energy, quick!” Drink, hence the ordinary cup and bottle photos.

I totally loved this product, and I'm glad that I changed my mind and decided to get this shipped to me. I placed it in my black tea which makes the tea taste palatable. I work a job that requires me to walk over 10000 steps a day. Since it has been hotter, I had been getting leg cramps while sleeping; however, since using this product, no more.
