I like that this product has more than just caffeine for energy. It has some vitamins and bcaa’s, some amino blends. It supplied energy and focus without the crash. It helped with my workouts and post workout. It has electrolytes for hydration. FOR ME, it was a tad bit on the sweet side. Other than that, great product that helped with energy, focus and hydration.

Received this product in fruit punch flavoring. Taste is very good. Refreshing. Fills your entire water bottle (16oz packet) - unlike other brands that you need to add two packets for one water bottle. You can also mix it in a water pitcher. I loved it! Packing is good. Easy tear packets to open. Name is a bit confusing. Not sure why they named it '4D'?

Good flavor, true fruit punch flavor. Love the package size of 25 per box vs so many that are only 10 servings. The caffeine level did not make me jottery at all. Only concern i had was when i didn't finish the bottle right away and chulled it to finish later it tasted a bit chalky and less flavordyl.

I had the tropical punch flavor. Used it as a pre workout, helped me get through my morning workout. No crashes in the afternoon, I don’t have anything negative to say about this product. Would definitely purchase more, it taste really good, zero calories with vitamins and more.

4D came nicely packaged in 25 individual packets ready to add to a bottle of water. The taste is good. It does have an underlying strong fruity taste, but it's not a distaste. It does mix well and seems to provide some kick. I am a small framed women and I did not notice any caffeine tingle or jitters.

I have been using 4D Energy when I need a boost! It works to well! The energy it gives me has me pinging off the wall! So I use it when I need it the most. The ingredients do their job! I can see is as a diet supplement but like it more as an energy boost!

This product is really easy to use can just dump it into a bottle of water. It had a real fruit punch taste is sugar free and no after taste. If you don’t like it really sweet you can add more water. It dissolves easily. Great before you go out to play golf or other activities. I would not recommend for kids since it has a lot of caffeine. I like it best over ice. This is my first time trying 4D, and I have to say I fell in love with it. I tried the tropical punch flavor, and it was on point. The taste was good, and it was easy to drink. I mixed with my high alkaline water (my preference for water - not a must) and drank before I completed my daily 30 workout on my treadmill. I feel that it gave me that extra burst of energy that I would get from a carbonated energy, and 4D is so much better. Plus I absolutely love that it is sugar free.

I've been keeping some of these in my gym bag so I could have something other than plain water when working out. I love the taste, the tropical fruit punch is really good. I feel like this is a great way to get some extra vitamins and little energy boost over just drinking plain water. I enjoy that they are small and easy to carry package sizes.
