I used a 16.5 Oz bottle of cold water and 1 pouch of mix. The flavor was very strong. Then I tried a 16.5 Oz bottle of room temperature water and the flavor was still very strong. The after flavor was very pronounced on the warm water, but a smidgeon better with the cold water.

The tropical fruit punch flavor was very good. The powder easily mixes with a 16oz or 20oz water bottle without a big change in flavor. I typically would drink it in the afternoon to give me the boost to finish the day. The product does give that energy without the crash that sometimes come with certain energy drinks. It is also a plus to contain the vitamins, B12, and electrolytes and yet be sugar free. I have shared with my adult children that also liked he product.

If you like fruit punch then this is a good tasting drink. I rated this a 4 star because I feel this is too strong for the 16-20 oz recommended. It mixed well, no chunk or grainy taste and provided a little boost in energy. There is no salt taste like other hydration drinks on the market.

I took my 4D drink with me on my walk to stay hydrated. I mixed it into a 16oz bottle of water and felt the flavor was a bit strong. When mixed with 20oz the flavor was much better. I used the fruit punch flavor, and it reminded me of children’s vitamin taste.

I love flavoring water with powders; however this one was a bit too strong and sweet. I would recommend diluting it with 20-24oz of water rather than the recommended 16oz. I did feel a bit of energy from drinking it so it would be a nice caffeine substitute. The punch flavor was good, not great. If you don’t drink it fast enough a sediment forms on the bottom so it needs to be shaken again to remix.

This is a solid addition to my routine. The mix dissolves easily in water, with no clumps. The flavor is light and refreshing not too sweet or overpowering. After drinking it, I felt a noticeable energy boost without the jittery crash I sometimes get from other drinks. The amino acids definitely helped with muscle recovery too, especially after a tough workout. Overall, it’s a great option that supports your body’s recovery plus it comes with a cute logo sticker.

4D premium is very easy to use. I poured into a bottled water and just shook it up. It blended easily. It has a long list of ingredients for hydration and energy. It does offer a nice boost without feeling a crash afterward. The only minor drawback for me was that it is very sweet tasting fruit punch flavor. I’m sure most people would enjoy the sweetness, it’s just a tad more than I like. Still a good product that I will continue to use.

Was kind of thrown off at first taste (was a little tart, but I think it was because some of the powder missed going in the bottle) but after a few more sips it got better. Tried it again the next day and liked it even more, only thing I don’t like is that no matter how much I shake it to mix, there’s still particles floating around in it. Otherwise I would recommend this product.

The flavor is drinkable, too sweet for me, but with extra water helps. The down side is you can really taste that fake sugar. I did feel like it gave me a boost everyday that I did have a mix and it helped with my water intake. I'd say, definitely give it a try.

If you are familiar with the synthetic sweetner and vitaminy taste energy drinks usually have AND still enjoy them; then you will like this drink. The fruit punch tasted great in my son's opinion and he was intrigued of the added antioxidants and electrolytes. I on the otherhand kept adding water to dilute the vitaminy and artificial sweetner taste, but its a great way to add an immune boost and joint care amoung the vitamins and antioxidants that tbisbdrink says it has.
