I take supplements for bone and joint health as well as a multivitamin daily. This product combines a lot of great beneficial products into an easy to drink packet. I got the fruit punch flavor, it has a little too much of a sweet taste for me but I would try other flavors to see if there is one I like better.

The Tropical Punch flavor is really good (no weird aftertaste that you get with some drinks). I thought it was just right in a 16.9 oz bottle of water although my husband thought it was too sweet - so he dilutes it a little more. It has a tendency to settle at the bottom of my bottle so make sure you keep it shook up or you'll get a really strong shot at the last of the drink. It's packed with vitamins so it isn't a caffeine fix that will prop you up and then drop you soon after.

I liked the flavor of this product. It was a yummy tropical punch flavor. It mixes well with water and doesn’t require any extra effort. I also noticed an increase in energy to get me through the day. While I didn’t work out with the product, I did accomplish more than normal in my day to day activities.

I’m not typically a fan of fruit punch flavor but I gave this a shot because it is a really clean product. The flavor is actually pretty good. It says to mix it in 16-24 ounces but I find it has a pretty strong flavor and usually use a 32 ounce cup. There is no sugar, it uses Sucralose and Stevia as sweeteners. In my opinion they could probably omit the Sucralose because it is rather sweet tasting to me but I don’t eat sugar on a daily basis. This is Keto, dairy free, soy free, and gluten free. Really good.

4D Clean energy does what it says. The only drawback is that it is sweeter than my mother's sweet tea. That said, I have had a pack before golfing and found my focus enhanced and I get an energy bounce if I have one with my lunch It mixes with water very well. I don't find the crusty after taste you get with some other powders.

I use this product everyday. I drink it while I’m at work or while I’m on my way to and at the gym. I like that it gives plain water a flavor and it seems to help keep me focused. The only thing I don’t like is the flavor is really strong for me. I love plain water and don’t need to add anything but I love that 4D gives me the extras to get through my day. I do only mix 1/2 of the packet to my 24oz water bottle. For me it makes it the perfect flavor and delicious to drink. This will be something I will continue to use.

I like the fruit punch flavor. I seem to be using it when i mow my lawn as it quenches my thirst quickly. The only thing is i wish it was way lower in sugar as i am diabetic and most artificial sugars tend to make my blood sugar a little higher than normal.

I was honestly suprised by the taste of this product! Tropical punch is not a flavor I would order in a product but I thought well if I don't like it my son will drink it. This was a really great flavor, I prefer to mix it with more than 16oz of water to tone down the tartness but I had no problem drinking it. I loved that is is Keto friendly, no calories/sugar, gluten free and has support for my immune system! I usually have this drink mid afternoon when I would want to reach for a soda or coffee for a pick me up. However this product is a much better alternative. I love that it's packaged in individual sticks so it's each to have in my purse or lunch box. It seem to give me a little boost of energy so I feel like going to the gym after working all day.

Gave me all day clarity and energy to get my work done. It worked best with a disposable water bottle but didnt try in a shaker bottle that might be better as some of the powder didnt want to mix well at first or with ice cold water. Mixed best in room temp then pour over ice to chill it.
