The taste is delicious and it definitely gives you a boost of energy. Downside is the the gitterness it makes you feel. If you are using it for a pre workout or for strenuous work then it would probably be perfect.

This is a great energy drink mix. It mixes smooth and has a nice taste. The packaging is good for individual drinks and are great before a workout. It is a good value for what you get in the box. I would recommend to a friend.

I used the 4D clean energy drink after my workout. The drink does have an after taste and pretty much tastes like other typical energy drinks. What I did notice is that you t gave me a boost of energy which I always need.

This tropical punch 4D premium amino vitamin energy tastes good, has no calories and is great for my skin this is just what I need. I also have a lot of pain from arthritis so something that’s going to help my joints feel better is another bonus.
