This had a good taste and mixed well with water. It does exactly what it says it will. I use it as an early morning "get it going" drink before my workout, and it works well. There's a bit of an aftertaste to it, which is usual for this kind of product, but honestly not bad.

This product was easy to use. Just tear open pack, pour in water, shake and drink. The taste was ok. One thing I didn't care for is that it did have a bit of an aftertaste. Sort of like a diet drink. I did get a little energy from it, but nothing remarkable.

There are a lot of pre-workout and energy drinks out there, and this one is one of the better ones. I like that it has caffeine and all the vitamins make it more healthy. I like to drink them in the morning right after breakfast to jump start my day.

Not a fan of tropical punch but I actually liked this because it reminds me of the kids Flintstones Vitamins! Taste is good and I did get a great boost of energy. Only suggestion is the packaging, maybe increase the add to water font bigger so customers know it's a drink supplement... it'll get lost in the millions of other supplements on the shelves.

Taste good and gives me energy. I’m not a real big fan of drinks like this, but it was surprisingly good. I had the tropical punch and would love to try the other flavors also. I am always tired and I did feel like this drink supplement gave me a little more pep in my step!

I wanted to have my husband try the product because he likes flavored water. The extra benefits it provides makes it even better. He tried it and liked it so he keeps them in his desk at work to add to his water. He said that it’s tasty for a energy drink and helps him to drink water instead of pop!

I am the type of person who will drink or eat things just because they are good for me - the flavor of this drink is reminiscent to me of kids vitamins - it is not bad just has that end note of vitamins. I do think the flavor is better than most sport drinks which would make this a great alternative to that type of drink especially given the supplemental advantages this drink has. I have also noticed that the flavor is strong enough to last through adding water and ice multiple times and still having good flavor-great for those who don’t like to drink plain water but are looking for a healthy advantage. The drink has caffeine so great alternative to morning coffee especially with warmer weather right around the corner.

The first day I tried it I was a little skeptical because I read that it had caffeine in it and I am a little sensitive to some caffeine products. About a half hour after I drank it, I had a boost of energy with no side effects (jitters, etc). Today is day 2 and same thing, after drinking it I got a boost of energy. It has a good flavor too. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a little extra kick/jumpstart.

Love that I can just put into a 16oz water bottle or a 24oz water bottle. It does taste a little vitaminy in a smaller water bottle but it doesn't taste too bad. Love that it also has my daily vitamin intake on most vitamins. The product does give an energy boost without the crash that sometimes come with certain energy drinks. I like to drink it later in the afternoon to give me the boost I need to finish up my work day. Will definitely purchase again!!

My husband and I both tried the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement and came away with mixed reviews. The powder easily dissolves in cold water. After it was mixed we both drank it at the same time. My husband said it tasted ok to him however it was a little too sweet. My first impression was the same however I didn't care for the sweet at all. My husband said that he did feel energized a also stated that he would drink the rest a I didn't care for it. My husband gave it 4 stars after drinking more of it and said he would continue to drink it if we had more.
