I mixed this product with my water and drank it about 20 minutes before getting to the gym. It did give me a burst of energy for my workout. It has a little bit of an after taste but that was expected.

I am reviewing the tropical punch flavored dietary supplement. While I do feel the flavor is better than most other products in this field, I feel this supplement is best used for active individuals, specifically those exercising regularly.

4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement has a very good taste and did seem to help me not be so tired mid afternoon. After adding the product to my water for a week I didn’t have to take a nap after coming home from work.

This product was easy to dissolve and tasted great. Great for pre workout to get you going for a big workout or busy day. Both my husband and adult son used it before their workout and I added it to my morning instead of coffee.

I used this product in the morning at home when I was really tired. This really did give me the extra boost I needed. I noticed it I had coffee within a certain time frame I would get jittery. I recommend not drinking coffee hour before or after.

I drank the product for the first time on an early morning before work. It gave me energy throughout the entire day. The taste is great especially for being sugar free. I did not experience the jitters like some other products can cause.

This was flavorful and packed with additional energy. However, it definitely left an after taste (artificial sweetener). I would purchase this item for use, and I plan on doing so. I will work depending on the price.

This energy drink fruitl punch flavor is easy to drink, especially when chilled. It also definitely makes me feel more alert and awake after taking it. Would definitely recommend this to other active people, and would buy this myself!
