The 4D tropical fruit clean energy supplement dissolves completely and quickly. Best with cold water otherwise can taste a bit "sweet and vitaminlike". With cold water the tropical fruit flavor bursts out and easier to drink. Quick feeling of being awake and energized. Appreciate the added vitamins and zero calories is a definite plus. No bloat and great pre and post workout drink.

Tastes great, and I can feel the energy! There is a strong taste and a vitamin flavor but overall it's not bad. My kids don't like it so much, but when I chill it with lots of ice, its like a vitamin beverage. The energy kick is noticeable, and it gets me a little jittery if I drink an entire package at once. I usually dilute it to twice the recommendations, and drink half or one third at a time. I can imagine that some people would use the entire package at once, or even more than one at a time. When i need to get work done, i might easily drink the entire package in one water bottle as a shot.

I have been looking for something that will help me stay focused and give me just the right boost for the day. I am not a big fan of fruit punch but when I tasted this it was amazing and full of flavor. I am very pleased with this drink mix. It says to drink twice a day and it is so hard to only drink two a day..

I tried 4D and believe it can be an excellent product. It is delicious, mixes well with WARM water, and the packaging passed my personal test. I grabbed 2 packets, put them in my pocket, and ran a few miles. The packaging did not fall apart; however, I put a few packets in my pocket for the day to use at the end of the day. Although the packaging stayed together, there was noticeable wear and a partial tear of one packet. Again, this is completely anecdotal but for me, it is important that the packets stay put. I do not buy another product for poor packaging. Overall, this product did not appear to spike my blood-sugar level so I was happy and enjoyed the product!

The taste of the product is good. It tastes exactly like fruit punch. I like that it has caffeine, minerals and vitamins. To ensure I’m getting all my needed nutrients. I think it would be nice if they could offer a caffeine free version for those who cannot consume caffeine. It would also be nice to see a variety of different flavors.

I use this every day around mid afternoon as a pick me up. Taste is ok, Hope there are other flavors. Serving size is perfect. It did not give me jitters, which was wonderful. It was just what I needed to make it through the day. I've been buying other drinks that run around 2.50 each every day so this was a welcome savings.

I mix this with with approximately 20oz of water and the flavor and sweetness is about right. I've tried the tropical punch flavor and the mix taste very well. I drink it while working out and it helps keep me hydrated and provides some energy boost. Great alternative to just plain water especially with high intensity workouts.

This a great pre workout drink with No side affects. Or just a little pick me up to make it through the day. Taste is great and really no after taste like most energy drinks. I really enjoyed the way it made my performance stronger in my workout! I will definitely be adding this to my daily workout

I’ve only had this about a week but I really like it. It taste good and it almost has a kick to it. I like the way it’s packaged too. It is bold and refreshing. Both the package and the product! I’m usually a Powerade person but I might have to change.

After trying 4D my energy level has increased tremendously. I feel more rested and better able to tackle everyday chores. It had gotten were I could not do a lot around the house. Now I have the energy to complete more tasks and I don’t feel run down. Go 4D
