The mix easily dissolved and the drink tastes good but the mouth feel is a little powdery. I drank it right before starting my workout and it made me feel more energized. I like the addition of vitamins and BCAAs

Great product to help with energy and recovery. I use this when I do hitt workouts and my husband uses before mountain biking. It has seemed to help with endurance and tastes pretty good. Easy to use.

Product comes in easy to use packets. Simply add to a water bottle and you have a great drink. The tropical punch flavor was nice. Not too strong and no after tastes. Provided a boost of energy for late afternoon

I got these clean energy packs for my husband to use. He usually drinks energy drinks but these seemed so much better for him. After a few days of using them he now prefers these over his other energy drinks!

This product was a little bit bitter for my taste. Did not enjoy it as much as I have other similar products. I did try it a couple of times to see if I could get used to the taste. I Really had a hard time getting past the bitter taste.

The product comes in a packet to be mixed in a bottle of water. The flavor I received was tropical fruit. Overall I thought the flavor was ok, a little chalky and on the sweeter side for my liking. Was not overly colored which I appreciated.

Started feeling off during my workout. Gradually I began to get extremely nauseated with pounding a headache. Wasn’t able to fall asleep all night. Took me 2 days to feel back to myself again. Traumatized me to take any type of preworkout.

I was very impressed by this product. I was expecting it to have a very 'chalky' taste but was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and taste. It wasn't too sweet and had a good refreshing flavor. I didn't have any post-jitters either afterwards.

Slight chalky taste but works well for energy and helps to drink more water. Chalky fruity taste isn’t too bad if you drink it fast. I’d like to try other flavors and use when I need an extra boost. Recommend

This product is WAY too sweet. Might as well be drinking pure sugar. The instructions called for mixing with 16 oz of water, we used 32 oz and it was still very sweet. I don't notice that it provided any additional energy.
