Great tropical flavor. I usually love lots of flavor. Some products short change on the flavor but not 4D. In fact I would say it is stronger than I prefer. This is ok since it will last longer. It is too much for a 16.9 oz bottle of water so I use half a pouch for a 16.9 oz bottle. I like that I am able to get good ingredients while enjoy the flavor. I will continue to purchase this product and see if it comes in other flavors.

Have been using this as a pre-workout and so far I am so happy with the results. Then powder quickly dissolves and the taste is great. This is the best pre-workout I have ever used. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a product to give you a boost!

Great taste. A lot of these type of drink mixes have a weird flavor to them. This one taste really good. Definitely worth a try a great alternative to the sugared varieties of energy drinks. I like that they are in individually wrapped packages which make it easy to throw in your purse your gym bag to always have them on hand.

Very impressed with this product! It has a great taste! I like that there is no clumping when added to water. I passed packets out to coworkers while on a trip in AZ everyone loved them! I will definitely be buying them again and so will my coworkers!

The flavor of this product is delicious. It sometimes has a bitter aftertaste but not enough to make me not want to drink it. It really does give you energy before a workout a bike ride or a walk. I was very surprised at how quickly it starts to work

I love the taste of the 4D Clean Energy Supplement. I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor and that it was just sweet enough with no after-taste. I like that it has no added or artificial ingredients, only vitamins and minerals. It provided great great energy, did not make me jittery, and mixed great in my water with ice and no gritty taste or lingering particles.

Wow! This pre workout energy drink is fantastic. This punch is a vitamin supplement that enhances ones stamina before each workout. I was skeptical at first, but the product do work. If you are not exercising, do not take it, because it will fire up your machine. Moreover, it taste good and it mixes well.

We are general very picky about the add in powder drinks but this one is really good. Punch flavor works well with water and ice in a shaker cup. My oldest son really liked the flavor and plans to use this before his running work outs. My husband likes having these kinds of drinks before weight lifting as well. We will definitely be buying more and trying other flavors if we can find them

Very delicious and energy boost is fantastic. I had energy and focus to complete multiple tasks. The downside for me...it's too sweet for my taste. It says drink with 16oz of water but that was too sweet for me. So I drank it with 24oz of water and it was still too sweet. Maybe, I will try another flavor. I definitely like that it has no caffeine; so there was no huge drop in energy. My energy level stayed constant and lasted longer than I expected.

I couldn’t wait to try this out and then almost forgot before I went for my swim. I couldn’t believe how well this mixed with ice cold water. This drink has the essential nutrients I look for and will be a part of my daily routine from here out. Love the taste.
