The flavor was good, I enjoyed the fruit punch. Product was overly sweet though, added the maximum water to dilute some. Used it for afternoon energy. Did not see a noticeable difference in how I felt.

I did not enjoy the flavor of these 4D energy packets. I was hoping for more of a fruit punch flavor, but it was tropical and had a weird aftertaste. I will stick to my regular pre-workout powder for now.

Tried and wasn’t overly impressed. Seems to be gritty no matter what. Taste was good but couldn’t get past the texture when added to water. Followed directions and the result was mixed. Whole family tried and not something we would purchase

This product provides quick energy without the jittery feeling. Dissolves easily in water and tastes great! I used it before workouts and also before a round of golf and felt great throughout both activities. Highly recommend

I am reviewing the tropical punch flavored dietary supplement. While I do feel the flavor is better than most other products in this field, I feel this supplement is best used for active individuals, specifically those exercising regularly.

I usually don't like energy drinks or powdered drinks. I tried this because it also has vitamins and electrolytes. Its not as chalky tasting and it does give a good energy boost. No crashing and it doesn't make me jittery. I would buy again.

Received the product and immediately had to try it. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. I rarely buy anything that is a punch flavor. I work outside a lot so I do drink quit a bit of sports drinks. I would recommend this one for sure

The tropical punch is very sweet. It tastes really good. No after taste, and easy to mix. I would love to try other flavors as well. My husband would drink aminos in the morning and has now added this to his morning routine.

These give great energy and are packed full of vitamins. The fruit punch flavor is delicious. These mix up in water easily and can be taken on the go for an energy boost. My son like to drink before his baseball games.

Gives energy and has mostly good ingredients. Mixes easily in your water bottle, just pour in and shake it up if your on the go. Doesn't give a jittery feeling or upset that stomach. No energy crash as it wears off.
