I was looking forward to this product but unfortunately It didn’t sit well with my stomach and I didn’t feel great after using it. I tried a few times but it just wasn’t for me. It has great ingredients and I was really hoping my stomach could tolerate it.

I often find myself tired in the middle of the day, and often have an energy drink at the first sign that my energy is waning. I usually use a big name “shot” size energy drink, and it seems to work for me. I have used this 4D drink mix in a bottle of water in place of the “shot” several times now. So far, it seems to have a similar effect of holding off the heavy eyes. It also has a good flavor, and I’m sure the added water consumption isn’t hurting me either. At just over a dollar a packet, it’s a much better value than the “shot” size energy booster, and I just may have a new helper. Wife and son also tried it, no reports back on energy differences, but they both liked the flavor.

Good flavor, definitely want to dilute it with thirty two ounces of water. Taste better iced cold, so add ice to it. I work out at 5:30 am, i start drinking it on my way to the gym and i drink it throughout my workout. Keeps me going till mid afternoon, then i get really sleepy.

I made one of these drinks prior to my workout and must admit it did give me more energy compared to another energy drink I like that comes in a can. I received the Fruit Punch flavor and the taste is not to my liking - hence the 3 stars - but I will definitely try another flavor because I like the extra energy it gives and the other vitamins in this drink. Love that it comes in individual packs so I can put them in my bag and just buy a bottle of water whenever I'm in need of an energy boost later in the day at work.

I have been looking for something that will help me stay focused and give me just the right boost for the day. I am not a big fan of fruit punch but when I tasted this it was amazing and full of flavor. I am very pleased with this drink mix. It says to drink twice a day and it is so hard to only drink two a day..

Good flavor, true fruit punch flavor. Love the package size of 25 per box vs so many that are only 10 servings. The caffeine level did not make me jottery at all. Only concern i had was when i didn't finish the bottle right away and chulled it to finish later it tasted a bit chalky and less flavordyl.

The flavor of this product is delicious. It sometimes has a bitter aftertaste but not enough to make me not want to drink it. It really does give you energy before a workout a bike ride or a walk. I was very surprised at how quickly it starts to work

I tried the Tropical Punch flavor of 4D. It says to mix one packet with 16 to 24 oz of water. I started with 16 oz but it was too sweet so I added more until it wasn’t so sweet. Which means more to drink, but not bad. It has good flavor. It says it can be used for energy and endurance so I was concerned it would make me jittery. Fortunately it didn’t and I didn’t have an side effects. It’s also gluten free, sugar free and keto friendly. Intended for adults not children.

Great fruit punch flavor and it mixes easily in a bottle of water. Take to any event, so you have a great tasting drink handy. It is Keto and Gluten Free, which is hard to find. I cannot drink enough water in a day and this helps, but also has other health benefits: focus, endurance, joint care, skin health and electrolytes to name a few. Grab a box and keep some packets with you all the time.

This is a refreshing drink that tastes good. Comes in handy packets. It mixes in quickly and properly, no lumps left. A good choice for 0 calories while still getting energy and vitamins. For me it left a slight bitter taste in my mouth but not while drinking.
