The fruit punch packs a punch of caffeine. This product mixes well with water and is not grainy. The flavor is good and has a lot of vitamins to get you through a long day. Mixes with 16oz of water and was good to go.

4D seems like a really great supplement when working out. The flavor profile is that of a Diet Soda. Unfortunately I am not a fan of Diet Soda, however for those that do I am sure that this product will enjoy.

I love the taste of 4D tropical punch. I use half for a bottle of water otherwise its too sweet. My sons also love and use it for their pre-workout. I will be trying other flavors once they are available.

Definitely helps during days when exhausted both mentally and physically. A half a sachet has been sufficient for me and makes about 10 ounces. The taste as well is great. So i would definitely recommend it.

Lots of flavor. The 4D Premium Dietary supplement has lots of flavor. I got the tropical punch flavor. There are 25 servings to a box . Each package is easy to open . They mix great with a 16 oz standard water bottle. Thanks.

I’ve been using it in the late morning (when coffee seems unreasonable). I have to say, it does give a boost of energy that pushes me through to the end of the work day. The taste is fine - not the best but not the worst.

These are pretty good! They dissolve really easily in water and taste nice, not overly sweet. The caffeine boost is great! I like the individual packs as well which are great for on the go. Highly recommend!

Product has good flavor. Clean ingredients and energy. I have a high tolerance/dependence for energy ingredients so needed 2 through the day to keep me going. Felt good throughout the day. Overall good product. I would continue purchasing.

It's a pretty good supplement. It gives me the energy I need to get moving when I'm sluggish but it gives me the needed energy to workout. Overall, I think it's a good product that others will like. Thanks!

I really liked the list of ingredients for this item. The initial taste is good but unfortunately it doesnt have a good after taste. I did feel a boost of energy which was refreshing I just couldnt get past the after taste.
