Pretty good after exercise drink. Good flavor, good components overall. Still does have a slight Sports drink taste, but well worth it, better than Gatorade, with amino acids and essential building blocks for muscle recovery, and general recovery after exercise or weightlifting.

This a great pre workout drink with No side affects. Or just a little pick me up to make it through the day. Taste is great and really no after taste like most energy drinks. I really enjoyed the way it made my performance stronger in my workout! I will definitely be adding this to my daily workout

I was pleasantly surprised by this new vitamin/electrolyte/energy drink mix. I’ve tried many top brands and this one just might be my new go to. The ingredients are clean (a huge plus for my family) and it tastes delicious. Not too sweet or too salty. So far I’ve only tried tropical punch, but I’m excited to try the raspberry lemonade and piña colada! Definitely going to keep this stocked for my hubby and kids!

This supplement has a strong flavor so I only used half a pack in my water. I liked to use it mid-day when I get a little sleepy. It gives me that kick I need to finish my day. Also it doesn't give me any side effects like shaking or crashing. I would recommend it for an energy booster.

I followed the instructions of mixing, and in 20 minutes I could feel the effects of the energy boost. A little more heart palpitations than expected but that could be easily remedied by adding maybe more water. The effect that I was not expecting was the tummy rumbling. It was quiet pronounced and I did feel more bloated over the next 3 hours. The flavor was OK, as good as punch can be.

We are general very picky about the add in powder drinks but this one is really good. Punch flavor works well with water and ice in a shaker cup. My oldest son really liked the flavor and plans to use this before his running work outs. My husband likes having these kinds of drinks before weight lifting as well. We will definitely be buying more and trying other flavors if we can find them

There are a lot of pre-workout and energy drinks out there, and this one is one of the better ones. I like that it has caffeine and all the vitamins make it more healthy. I like to drink them in the morning right after breakfast to jump start my day.

I got a sample of this product and was a little skeptical because I am not a fan of energy drinks. I tried it because I was exhausted and had a crazy busy day scheduled at work and needed to be able to function. You mix the packet with 16-24 oz water (I used a 20 oz Dasani water bottle). It has a bit of a strange smell to it but honestly the fruit punch flavor is great! It’s really sweet. I drank the bottle throughout the day as opposed to chugging it down - again NOT a fan of energy drinks - and it kept me going all day. This stuff is loaded with caffeine and other energy-boosting goodies but it didn’t give me the jitters or make my heart race like other energy supplements have in the past. Maybe this is because I took it in more slowly? Overall, I think it’s a great product and will probably use it again in the same way. Personally I would be a little afraid to chug it down and work out because I would be afraid my heart would explode with all the stimulating substances in it!

Tastes great! It doesn’t taste like it has all the vitamins it does or that chalky taste other powders have. It taste like a tropical punch drink. Just mix it in with water and some ice and it’s really refreshing while giving you energy and a lot of great benefits. Love how convenient the packs are perfect for on the go.

In a real skeptic when it comes down to trying anything that promotes to give you energy, due to ingredients or other side effects. After trying 4D, i can say, i feel some difference in energy levels but at the same time, maybe too much for me? The ingredients all look to be very well picked out (vitamins etc)
