I followed the instructions of mixing, and in 20 minutes I could feel the effects of the energy boost. A little more heart palpitations than expected but that could be easily remedied by adding maybe more water. The effect that I was not expecting was the tummy rumbling. It was quiet pronounced and I did feel more bloated over the next 3 hours. The flavor was OK, as good as punch can be.

The taste is not that bad for being an energy drink. It did give me a boost of energy to get things done without the crash afterwards. The packaging makes it easy to take along and pour it into my cup of water or a water bottle. It mixes well with a stir or a shake and isn’t gritty.

This product tasted great! It had more of a grapefruit flavor than the tropical punch flavor it was advertised as, but it was not overpowering or too sweet like some energy mixes can be. There was no jittery feeling after drinking this product. It has many of the vitamins that are needed for an active lifestyle and is a good replacement for pre-work out.

This product is really easy to use can just dump it into a bottle of water. It had a real fruit punch taste is sugar free and no after taste. If you don’t like it really sweet you can add more water. It dissolves easily. Great before you go out to play golf or other activities. I would not recommend for kids since it has a lot of caffeine. I like it best over ice. And it’s made by a small manufacturer in Covington La.

I was really excited to try this product. Gluten free, Vegan, sugar free, no calories, dairy free! Loaded with many vitamins. The flavor is tropical punch. I first tried this with 16 ounces of water but felt like I was very thirsty even as I drank it. So I added the top recommendation of 24 ounces of water. I drank a ton of water after this product. The negative of it? In very small print under the “other ingredients” Sucralose is listed.

The taste while physically drinking is fine but the after taste is a little weird. The consistency of the water changes just a bit too which threw me off too. I did get good energy and felt good. I also like that it includes vitamins which I’m sure is where the slight after taste comes from. Will possibly buy again depending on how I feel by the end of the box.

Overall this is one of the best pre-workout supplements I have tried. Packaging: came in a box. Looks nice and was wrapped securely in cellophane. Inside is individual servings- not resealable (sometimes I use half). Taste: it’s not bad but it does taste like chemicals- which it is, so don’t expect it to taste delicious. But overall there’s not too much of an aftertaste and is relatively pleasant. Feel: this is an effective energy boost and I feel it is also effective as a supplement to building muscle and general health. It does give a buzz without much of a crash, which is really nice. Best part is it doesn’t give me the shakes even when I take a whole serving. Have started taking this on non workout days as well in lieu of coffee. Also doesn’t give me reflux or any tummy discomfort. Overall: Would purchase on the regular. Everything about this product is fine, I like that it has pretty clean ingredients, and it is better than most energy drinks.

This drink is great for hydration and an extra boost of energy. The tropical punch flavor was very good, not my most preferred flavor but that’s just my personal taste. I feel like it’s sweet enough but would have liked it a little less sweet. Overall good!

I loved this pre-workout! Other pre workouts i’ve tried accelerated my heart rate and gave me a sugar crash right after my workout. However, this pre-workout was completely different. I felt so energized and motivated for my lift. I will definitely be re-purchasing. The flavor was awesome. So delicious.

The 4D clean energy drink packets are really great. I'm not a huge consumer of anything besides water, but these are really delicious, conveniently packaged, and did give me a little boost of energy. I woll definitely keep these in my bag for an on the go pick me up.
