I like the tropical punch taste, although I do prefer a stronger flavor. While I am somewhat sensitive to caffeine and this is too much caffeine for me I used a little more water to mix in, which is also the reason I believe it wasn’t as flavorful. I hope Sam’s eventually carries other flavors or at least the multi flavor pack in the future.

I started drinking 4D after I began working out. I was hoping this would give me the extra energy I needed for motivation and i have found it to be a great help. I like that it has no added sugar, so no crashing afterwards. 4D is very convenient. It comes in a box of 25 pouches. Each pouch is a serving and can be poured directly into a water bottle, making it very portable. I did find it to have a slight aftertaste and prefer to mix it in a glass of water with lots of ice. In addition to giving me more energy, I feel more focused since I started drinking it. I definitely would recommend this product!

This drink was surprisingly tasty. A lot of energy drinks have a strange aftertaste, but this one really has a fruit punch flavor with almost imperceptible after taste. However, the benefit of this drink is the amount of energy you get. It is not just a subtle change in energy level. After I took it the first time, I noticed I was more focused, and engaged in conversations more at an event I attended. The other times I took the product, I was tired and ready for a nap. About 30 minutes after drinking the product, I forgot I had been tired. I've also taken the product about an hour before working out, on days when I'm feeling low on energy. It not only did I get a boost of energy, but it makes me get through a jog without tiring out. A friend of mine asked if you caused a crash as it's wearing out, i.e. feeling tired as it's wearing off. It does not. I've liked the results of it so much that I already purchased a second box. I searched all the ingredients I didn't recognize online, and it all seems safe. I recognized almost everything on the list, so it's better than a lot of other products in that aspect.

The drink has too much caffeine for me so i gave it to my husband who enjoyed the flavor. He drinks a lot of caffeine so the drink didn't make him feel jittery or anything of that nature. Husband gave some to some of his co-workers and they all said it tasted good.

I usually buy rockstar energy drinks, but decided to try something new that wouldn’t give me the sugar crash once it starts wearing off. These energy packets by 4D are so good. The tropical punch taste like Hawaiian punch and it gives you enough energy to get through the day without feeling like you’re going to crash later. I think it’s healthier then normal energy drinks with less side effects.

Followed directions and it was like drinking cotton candy. I really couldn’t overcome the sweetness. If you like super sweet drinks this is for you. I did not care for it. I really wanted to, the idea of having the extra hydration was very appealing. I love the idea of adding flavor to water, I love water, but, some need to have it flavored. I think they could cut the sweetness in half and it would be more appealing.

Taste good. To be honest maybe this particular flavor was pretty decent. The taste was fine but the smell was kinda off putting. I do like the fact it’s promoting a more healthy lifestyle and that the taste is pretty good if you can get past the smell.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this tastes. I use it in 20 oz water and that seems just right for me. I use it before going to the gym and it definitely gives an added boost. It has added vitamins and amino acids plus it has no calories. I definitely recommend this product!

This supplement has a very strong fruit punch flavor and dissolves well into water. The flavor was pretty strong for me so I preferred to mix it with no less than 24oz of water, which was a lot for me if I wanted to drink the whole supplement before working out. It has a bit of a chalky taste to go with it but that’s something I got use to. I didn’t feel any noticeable effects after drinking it which is no complaint, I appreciated being able to drink caffeine and not have any shakiness or crash effects. I probably would try out a different flavor if I was to have this again.

These drink packets taste good, but it instructs to mix in 16 ounces of water and I felt like closer to 30 ounces was the right ratio. The flavor is better for my taste and seems to dissolve better. My main critique of the packaging would be that the perforation doesnt allow for the tube to be opened too well and was a bit of a hassle to actually get it open to pour into my drink. Overall, I really liked these.
