My husband and I both tried the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement and came away with mixed reviews. The powder easily dissolves in cold water. After it was mixed we both drank it at the same time. My husband said it tasted ok to him however it was a little too sweet. My first impression was the same however I didn't care for the sweet at all. My husband said that he did feel energized a also stated that he would drink the rest a I didn't care for it. My husband gave it 4 stars after drinking more of it and said he would continue to drink it if we had more.

I tried the 4D clean energy dietary suppliment mix. I don't generally take any dietary suppliments or vitamins, but am starting to work out, so trying to improve my diet along with exercise. I have the tropical punch flavor, and to be honest, I'm not sure I'm a fan of the taste of these. The taste was a little "medicinal". Perhaps another flavor might be better, and if I notice an improvement in my focus and/or energy after this first box of these, I may give another flavor a try. After the first few of these in my water bottle, I haven't noticed much in terms of focus/energy boost... I plan to try these as my morning drink the next week or so, and see if they make a difference. They are not bad tasting, just not my favorite, and I do like the idea as a way to get some additional vitamins or supplements, so eager to try another flavor I may like better.

I am the type of person who will drink or eat things just because they are good for me - the flavor of this drink is reminiscent to me of kids vitamins - it is not bad just has that end note of vitamins. I do think the flavor is better than most sport drinks which would make this a great alternative to that type of drink especially given the supplemental advantages this drink has. I have also noticed that the flavor is strong enough to last through adding water and ice multiple times and still having good flavor-great for those who don’t like to drink plain water but are looking for a healthy advantage. The drink has caffeine so great alternative to morning coffee especially with warmer weather right around the corner.

Day one of trying this product was trial and error. I was not a fan of it initially because I didn’t eat, making me shaky and antsy. On day two, I ate and then drank the product in a 34 oz water bottle and ate previously before drinking the energy drink. I was energized, it helped to concentrate, and I was able to get a lot of work done. I can see a difference when I drink it and don’t with my energy. I love this product and will continue to use it.

4D Premium amino-vitamin-energy drink mix is a healthier version of any energy drink! We tried the tropical punch and the taste was actually really good! We usually use Celsius, but the price was killing us. In my opinion this is a healthier option than Celsius. It has tons of vitamins!

The product I received was Tropical Punch flavor. It was very tasty although you need at least 20oz of cold water. It is complete with many vitamins, Amino Acid and gives you that punch just before a workout. It is also great on a real hot day to help rebuild your dehydration.

Great alternative to constantly picking up energy drinks on the go. Drinking one in the morning to get the day started or even before the gym is the routine I see these will work best for. Doesn’t taste to artificial but still has a bit of that after taste in your mouth. The added vitamins, electrolytes and other benefits definitely make this a great energy source!

Taste good. To be honest maybe this particular flavor was pretty decent. The taste was fine but the smell was kinda off putting. I do like the fact it’s promoting a more healthy lifestyle and that the taste is pretty good if you can get past the smell.

We tried this drink for the first time to give us more energy for our workouts, and it definitely does that. It’s a great pre and post workout drink. I don’t like the tropical punch flavor though. It tastes too sweet and the powder doesn’t dissolve easily in water. You have to stir it a multiple times. But it does have a lot of amino acids and other blend of good things that your body needs. I've used this for a few weeks during my graveyard shifts. The taste is good especially very cold, however I find if I only use a 16 ounce water bottle the "vitamin" taste is quite strong. No jitters, no tummy upset like coffee. I like the energy it provides me to get through my overnight shift.
