I received this supplement drink, and I have to say I was surprised at the flavor. It did not have a after taste of an artificial sweetener. I drank a serving 30 mins prior to working out and I felt I had more energy and endurance. I would highly recommend this drink to anyone who wants to help improve your performance.

I have been starting my day by adding the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement to a bottled water. Mixes/dissolves well and flavor is Fruit Punch. One packet in the morning gives me the pick me up to get my day started just a great supplement for that little extra.

Check out the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement. I will say that I did have about the same energy as I did with the coffee. As far as the taste, it did leave a bit to be desired. While there was some aspect of tropical punch present, the supplements included in the mix that provide the nutrients and energy associated with it are still very discernible. However, this isn't simply a powdered drink mix to lounge around and consume, but has a specific purpose. With that being said, overall it was OK.

The 4D tropical fruit clean energy supplement dissolves completely and quickly. Best with cold water otherwise can taste a bit "sweet and vitaminlike". With cold water the tropical fruit flavor bursts out and easier to drink. Quick feeling of being awake and energized. Appreciate the added vitamins and zero calories is a definite plus. No bloat and great pre and post workout drink.

This is a versatile product in there for so many reasons. I used it before my workout and used it at my lunchtime to get through the remainder of the day. I actually have used it when I made myself a little cocktail. Just add a few sprinkles. Also poured it in my protein shake. You can honestly just use it for the day for its benefits. I love that it is keto friendly, 0 cal sugar-free!! The taste is amazing not overly sweet, like others. No aftertaste.

This product tasted great! It had more of a grapefruit flavor than the tropical punch flavor it was advertised as, but it was not overpowering or too sweet like some energy mixes can be. There was no jittery feeling after drinking this product. It has many of the vitamins that are needed for an active lifestyle and is a good replacement for pre-work out.

I’m not usually a person who uses this kind of product but I thought I’d try it. I was pleasantly surprised! It did not make me fell sick after I drank it. That’s the 1st plus. I was afraid that I may get the shakes or a sugar rush and none was had. No big sugar let down either. It was a smooth pick me up that gave me an extra bump for my workout. Taste was good also.

I received my product 4D Energy - Tropical punch-earlier than expected. Read the info of what is in the drink and how much water to use 16-24. I used 16.9 oz and that was fine. It was a little sweeter than expected. I have had Spark and it’s very “vitamin” tasting- this is not. I could taste a little aftertaste - probably from sweetener- but it was smooth and overall tasted good.

I tried the 4D energy packets recently and thought the Tropical punch flavor tasted pretty good. I like that the powder comes in individual packs so it’s easy to carry in my purse. I also liked that it mixed up really well in a bottle of water. I will buy these again.

Packaging is nice and easy to use. However, the initial taste of this drink and even the after taste leaves a lot to be desired. It is slightly off putting to be honest. It does get the job done though if you plan on using it for working out, I felt less sore and dehydrated compared to drinking water only.
