This is a pretty amazing product. I do not drink any energy supplement products however i am impressed with this product. It is sweet, reminds uou of Tropical punch Kool aid in taste. It gives me high energy when i drink it in the afternoon. I would highly recommemd this product.

I couldn’t wait to try this out and then almost forgot before I went for my swim. I couldn’t believe how well this mixed with ice cold water. This drink has the essential nutrients I look for and will be a part of my daily routine from here out. Love the taste.

The thing I like most about this product is that I'm getting a premium drink packet with all the ingredients I need to stay fit, be healthy, tastes great and its zero calories! I definitely recommend this product to anyone who what's to add this to their daily supplement regime.

4D energy drink has plenty of vitamins and about 150mg of caffeine. The taste is good, but I’ve had to add the packet into a 20 oz bottle to dilute it best instead of smaller bottles. I drank the first packet on a driving trip of about 220 miles and it felt great. My 55+ self enjoyed it and tried them a few extra days while on vacation. No negative effects felt.

My husband loves these drinks! As a busy physician he is on the go and often needs to skip a meal. He doesn’t want to load up on caffeine but these great tasting drinks provide energy without being caffeinated. He is also still making a full recovery from covid pneumonia and feels these help him get through his days as do I. The kids like them too!

The tropical fruit punch flavor was very good. The powder easily mixes with a 16oz or 20oz water bottle without a big change in flavor. I typically would drink it in the afternoon to give me the boost to finish the day. The product does give that energy without the crash that sometimes come with certain energy drinks. It is also a plus to contain the vitamins, B12, and electrolytes and yet be sugar free. I have shared with my adult children that also liked he product.

I'm not usually a tropical punch flavor fan, but this has a great taste! It's a good thirst quencher and seems to give an energy boost. Be sure to mix it well as the ingredients tend to separate out if you don't. The packaging is excellent -- one of the easiest "tear open and pour" containers I've ever used. (Not sure if you want this in the review, but it also seems to help daily bodily functions if they get a bit sluggish.)

I have been using 4D Energy when I need a boost! It works to well! The energy it gives me has me pinging off the wall! So I use it when I need it the most. The ingredients do their job! I can see is as a diet supplement but like it more as an energy boost!

I purchased this drink for a refreshing drink and to provide me energy during the day, and it is doing what it says!! The fruit punch flavor is exactly what I was looking for. It is delicious and very refreshing. My son tried it, and totally agrees, so he is buying himself some too.

This energy mix is a good buy. Like most energy mixes, it states will boost energy, endurance, and has electrolytes. This product also states will benefit skin, joint, and immune health as well as help with focus. It also states is zero calories and does not have jittery side effects. The powder mixes pretty well. Shook vigorously for a few seconds and had sediment at bottom. Shook a second time and it blended better. I filled a 1Ltr bottle almost full with cold water from the fridge and the taste was very sweet. I added more water and it diluted enough for me to drink. I was surprised by the sweetness and found it contains Sucralose and Stevia. I did not notice any bitter aftertaste or any artificial sweetener taste. For claims on energy, endurance, and lack of jitteriness, I would say they are true to product claims. I drank this during and while I was laying pavers, I found that I stayed hydrated, had energy to do the project, and did not experience any amped up feelings or shakiness that some energy drinks cause. I also will note that I did not experience any bursts of energy like some drinks provide, and I cannot attest to how long it lasted because I did not experience any coming down effects such as sluggishness or sleepiness. I would recommend this product and would purchase again.
