After trying 4D my energy level has increased tremendously. I feel more rested and better able to tackle everyday chores. It had gotten were I could not do a lot around the house. Now I have the energy to complete more tasks and I don’t feel run down. Go 4D

The product did seem to give me more energy and feel refreshed from the electrolytes…..takes a bit of stirring for it to truly dissolve in a cup, but dissolves quicker and easier if you do it in like a blender bottle or some sort of shaker cup. My main issue is the taste….it is a strong tropical punch flavor, but there’s something very artificial about the flavor. Will probably use the remainder of what is in the box since it’s nice to be to able to take it easily on the go, but wouldn’t purchase it again on my own choosing.

The tropical punch tastes great and the small packet of powder is easy to store in a your gym bag or backpack for an on the go use. Just keep a bottle of water, preferably cold as it tastes better with cold water. I will buy more to keep at work for last minute workouts.

4D Tropical Punch mix is a delightful beverage. It provides a quenching product full of vitamins, electrolytes and minerals. At first taste it reminded me of eating one of those Flintstones vitamins we had when we were kids. The product comes in easy to serve individual mixes that are easy to take on the go. Just pop the top and pour it into any water bottle shake and enjoy. I recommend this made in the USA product if u want flavor and supplements in a tasty drink. For those of you sensitive to alternative sugar substitutes u can definitely taste the sucralose and stevia in the product. Otherwise drink and enjoy.

Pros: product is easy to use and dissolves completely (others taste gritty, this one doesn't). Flavor is pleasantly mild, not too sweet, and there's no unpleasant aftertaste. Makes a twenty ounce bottle of water a little bit easier to drink before exercise. Cons; I'm just not sure how well it works. I didn't feel all that promised energy or any improved recovery. Probably worth it for the sugar free hydration, and if you get more than that, BONUS!

I used the fruit punch for a few days about 30 minutes prior to my workout. Mixed with about 2/3 of a regular size water bottle. Taste was not as strong as I normally desire from my pre workout drinks, but overall a good flavor. I gelt a small kick of energy, but nothing crazy. I was able to get through my workout nicely after using this product. Dissolved very well in the water, and was not gritty at all. I would say this is a good product that does what it says it does.

4D Clean Energy Supplement is just that. If you’re in the need of a quick pick me up without the jitters some energy supplements give you, then this is for you. I recently used it as a recovery hydration supplement after a long day working in the summer heat and humidity. Wow! I feel great. And it tastes good too. So easy to use too. Tear open a packet, pour it into a cold glass of water, stir and drink. Dissolves quickly and easily too. No need for endless stirring and no gritty leftover. Take it to work, to work out or out to the field. It goes everywhere without extra bulk. No measuring. No fuss. No muss. It’s a winner in my book!

I like the tropical punch taste, although I do prefer a stronger flavor. While I am somewhat sensitive to caffeine and this is too much caffeine for me I used a little more water to mix in, which is also the reason I believe it wasn’t as flavorful. I hope Sam’s eventually carries other flavors or at least the multi flavor pack in the future.

The tropical punch has a good taste, but is not overpowering. I mixed it with a regular size (16.9oz) water bottle. The color hasn't been consistent though. When it is first mixed, it's a pink color and then after a few minutes it turns into a salmon color. The taste does not change with the color. There was no energy crash after taking this.

This is the best tasting energy drink, it is super sweet but that's what I like about it, the sweetness curbs my craving for sweets. I use to drink 5-6 cokes a day but this has completely stopped my desire for them. I also love all the nutrients it contains and one packet goes a long way. So to say I'm happy to have found this is an understatement.
