I was pleasantly surprised by this new vitamin/electrolyte/energy drink mix. I’ve tried many top brands and this one just might be my new go to. The ingredients are clean (a huge plus for my family) and it tastes delicious. Not too sweet or too salty. So far I’ve only tried tropical punch, but I’m excited to try the raspberry lemonade and piña colada! Definitely going to keep this stocked for my hubby and kids!

I've used this for a few weeks during my graveyard shifts. The taste is good especially very cold, however I find if I only use a 16 ounce water bottle the "vitamin" taste is quite strong. No jitters, no tummy upset like coffee. I like the energy it provides me to get through my overnight shift.

Gave me all day clarity and energy to get my work done. It worked best with a disposable water bottle but didnt try in a shaker bottle that might be better as some of the powder didnt want to mix well at first or with ice cold water. Mixed best in room temp then pour over ice to chill it.

I expected 4D Total Body Boost mix with water to taste like medicine. I was pleasantly surprised that it tastes great! It mixes easily with water and I do feel like I have more endurance when I workout. I do drink it at least 30 minutes before working out in the pool. Give a try!

Packaging is nice and easy to use. However, the initial taste of this drink and even the after taste leaves a lot to be desired. It is slightly off putting to be honest. It does get the job done though if you plan on using it for working out, I felt less sore and dehydrated compared to drinking water only.

I’m not usually a person who uses this kind of product but I thought I’d try it. I was pleasantly surprised! It did not make me fell sick after I drank it. That’s the 1st plus. I was afraid that I may get the shakes or a sugar rush and none was had. No big sugar let down either. It was a smooth pick me up that gave me an extra bump for my workout. Taste was good also.

My spouse and I agree that this is a great tasting supplement to keep us going all day every day when just mixing 1 packet with our waters in the morning. Unfortunately, some of the packets were all clumped together. I had to bang them against something hard to break up the mix.

I like the fruit punch flavor. I seem to be using it when i mow my lawn as it quenches my thirst quickly. The only thing is i wish it was way lower in sugar as i am diabetic and most artificial sugars tend to make my blood sugar a little higher than normal.

This energy mix is a good buy. Like most energy mixes, it states will boost energy, endurance, and has electrolytes. This product also states will benefit skin, joint, and immune health as well as help with focus. It also states is zero calories and does not have jittery side effects. The powder mixes pretty well. Shook vigorously for a few seconds and had sediment at bottom. Shook a second time and it blended better. I filled a 1Ltr bottle almost full with cold water from the fridge and the taste was very sweet. I added more water and it diluted enough for me to drink. I was surprised by the sweetness and found it contains Sucralose and Stevia. I did not notice any bitter aftertaste or any artificial sweetener taste. For claims on energy, endurance, and lack of jitteriness, I would say they are true to product claims. I drank this during and while I was laying pavers, I found that I stayed hydrated, had energy to do the project, and did not experience any amped up feelings or shakiness that some energy drinks cause. I also will note that I did not experience any bursts of energy like some drinks provide, and I cannot attest to how long it lasted because I did not experience any coming down effects such as sluggishness or sleepiness. I would recommend this product and would purchase again.

I like that it comes in packets for convenience which makes it easy to carry with you and pour into a water bottle when you need it. I'm not as active in the cooler weather, so didn't experience any energy boost or focus when I used the product. The fruit punch flavor was good, but I don't like the artificial sweetener after-taste. If you are an active person, you might get good results from this product.
