After a long day of studying and still so much more to study, I really struggled to stay focused. I mixed a packet of 4D in a 16 oz water bottle. I drank it. I did not like the taste. It has a chalky taste with a hint of medicine. The tropical flavor makes it better but I can still taste the chalk and medicine. After about 45 minutes to an hour, I was reenergized. Sleepiness left me, I was able to focus and concentrate on my homework. I continued to stay focus for hours afterwards. I finally had to just go to bed because it was 4 am already. I do like the effects of 4D but the flavor needs to be tweaked.

Not a fan of tropical punch but I actually liked this because it reminds me of the kids Flintstones Vitamins! Taste is good and I did get a great boost of energy. Only suggestion is the packaging, maybe increase the add to water font bigger so customers know it's a drink supplement... it'll get lost in the millions of other supplements on the shelves.

These taste really good and are so easy to mix with water. They come in small portable packs that I can have with me and even take on the go. I keep them in my lunch pale, purse, and car. Easy to mix with a water bottle or a reuseable cup. They have a lot of good vitamins and electrolytes in them.

I was excited to try the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement. Who couldn't use more energy, plus all the Vitamis and Aminos that would benefit you. However, it has caffeine in it. Which is something that Im unable to have. Ifbthey comeout with something that doesn't have caffeine count me in!

I wanted to fully sample these before leaving a review. What I mean by that is use the full product. As someone who is getting back into working out I have been trying to fuel my body with the essentials it needs. Not only is the drink mix packed with vitamins that are needed and I was probably missing it comes with a natural boost of energy. I use this as my pre workout but it helped so much more besides that. I felt better from just the substitution of this in my daily diet.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the 4D energy drink had great taste and a powerful punch of energy without the dreaded jittery feeling that some energy drinks give… I must say, the flavor is good but I did add a little extra water as it was a little strong when mixed as instructed.

I have fibromyalgia and after drinking this for one week, I felt healthier, more energetic, less overall pain in my bones. I hate take so many vitamins and this amazing drink allows you to intake all your necessary nutrients in one great tasting drink. You don't even need all of the packet. You can use one packet for two drinks. I had the tropical punch and it was great! Forr anyone wanting a kick of energy without the jitters and for a healthier you, I would totally recommend this drink. It is a GAME CHANGER!!!

I was very excited to receive my sample of the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement in the Tropical Punch flavor. I am diabetic and I do several miles of walking every day at my job and as my main form of exercise, so the idea of getting something to keep me hydrated and energetic in this summer heat is right up my alley! All the wonderful benefits of having the well needed vitamins in this supplement are truly beneficial for me as well as they are often very low in people with my condition. I must start by saying that I am a person who very rarely adds sugar to anything I consume. That being said, I felt that this product tastes entirely too sweet for me. Odd to say considering it has no calories but it tastes as if artificial sweeteners are in it. The fruit flavor itself is delicious, the powder mixes extremely well with very little effort, and I was well energized throughout the day without feeling shaky or nervous as some energy drinks leave you. This would be an ideal product for anyone that would like to switch up the flavor of their water and doesn't want to be stuck with a pantry full of plastic water bottles and cans that you have to recycle. I would definitely buy this, but for my own personal taste I will only use half a packet per bottle to cut back on the sweetness. I have only had this product for a few days so I can't comment on the other advertised benefits but I can certainly say that it will be a plus for any active person who needs that extra boost to make it through the day.

This item is quite the energy booster and taste great! If you are like me, very busy and by the mid afternoon you need a pick me up to keep you going, this drink is for you! I have tried others but this one did indeed recharged my energy and tasted great as well. Tropical Punch...very good!!!

Pretty good after exercise drink. Good flavor, good components overall. Still does have a slight Sports drink taste, but well worth it, better than Gatorade, with amino acids and essential building blocks for muscle recovery, and general recovery after exercise or weightlifting.
