The drink mix is great for replenished electrolytes. I personally didn’t care for the flavor because it had a vitamin taste.However my husband and grandson didn’t mind it at all and really helped them while working out in the heat. Overall I would say a very good product.

I have been a faithful user of Zip Fizz for a couple of years. I loved the boost it gave me and the slow “crash” after about 4 hours. I still have a half a box of the Zip Fizz because the 4D supplement came in. The first time I tried it I was amazed at how fast the stuff kicked in. Within 30 minutes I was at full speed! The boost lasted about six hours and the crash was extremely gentle. There was no jittery feelings either like I would get sometimes with the Zip Fizz. When the box was getting low, I ordered two more because I liked what it did for me and I didn’t want to have to go back to the Zip Fizz! This is my go to energy powder now and I always have some at home, at work and in my truck. I’ll be ordering more next week and you should too!

This is a great product! After using it for a week, my wife and I both have more energy and feel better. Our workouts and daily walks have picked up in pace, and we love getting this quick "pick-me-up." We highly recommend this product. The individual portion packaging makes it easy to use/make while on the go or at home. Give it a try - you will not regret it!

This seems to be a great product, easy to use. Great for immunity, joint care, endurance, focus, skin and contains electrolytes. It contains the Amino's you want pre workout. This is easy to use and mixes readily. Some amino products don't taste great, this is great tasting. I recommend mixing it with at least 24 ounces of water, I liked it better mixed with more than 24.

I received this product a couple of weeks ago and I found I had to limit myself because of the great taste. It isn’t just to provide taste but also aminos, vitamins, and energy with directions stating not to use but up 2 packs a day. I normally drink coffee before working out or going for a run but this was a fantastic substitute and it helped keep me hydrated. Have already purchased another box.

It is nice that these come in a single serve tube that makes it easy to have ready quickly. But the aftertaste is pretty bad. I tried this every day for 25 days and really didn’t see any changes that the product suggests. So I got some more but still haven’t seen any results. I was at least hoping for a little energy boost but I have not experienced that.

Has a good taste, easily dissolves and quick to mix. I did not notice a big difference in energy or performance while using this. I only used it once a day and only consumed one box. Maybe if I took it up to two times a day like it suggests I would have had different results

Great tasting all in one drink mix. I tried the tropical punch flavor. It dissolved very well after adding to my bottle of water. It has a very good taste being sugar free with no aftertaste. It was very refreshing. I could tell it gave me some energy but not the jittering kind you get from some energy drink supplements. I loved all the benefits of this mix which includes immunity boost, joint care, skin health, endurance and focus. I would definitely get again.

This product was used before i did any strenuous movement. I volunteer at a animal shelter cleaning and taking care of the dogs. So before i go i fill my water bottles with 4D and then head to the kennels. I did feel like it gave me energy. The only thing i didn't like about it was the flavor.

I reviewed the 4D premium energy performance packets. I am an early riser and begin each day with a run. Since it recommends to consume this 30 minutes prior to working out, I started drinking this first thing in the AM before my workout. This 4D drink is super easy and convenient to make anywhere. After drinking this daily, I did feel like it gave me more energy and endurance during my workouts. It also claims to aid in skin health, immune boost and joint care...so I will continue using this to see if I notice improvement in these areas. The one thing that I did not like about the energy drink was the tropical punch flavoring. It made it much more difficult for me to drink it quickly as I did not enjoy the taste of it...but that is my personal opinion. I did look this product up to see if they had other flavors and they do, so I plan on trying a different flavor...It would also be great if they had a flavorless option for those that don't like flavored water.
