I tried drinking the 4D Energy drink in place of my morning coffee. It is very sweet. A full packet in a 16 ounce water bottle is way too sweet. It tastes much better with a half of a packet of the mix. I didn’t like the taste, but I wanted to see if this would give me as much energy as my usual coffee. I’m sad to say that it didn’t. It just wasn’t for me.

I love water mix-ins! I have tried all of the brands and flavors and I would definitely recommend this brand! I don’t usually choose “punch” flavors, but this was a very refreshing and tropical option. Some mix ins don’t mix well and leave chunks of powder, not 4D. It’s a light and refreshing drink, that’s full of vitamins. I was surprised there are no calories, it’s incredibly flavorful! I also really appreciate the packaging- the individual packages are super easy to open!

Got this for my athletic daughter to use at her tournaments. She plays hard so needs a drink that will supplement what she’s losing on the field. The supplement tastes good and did give her a little kick, but it doesn’t dissolve all the way and was a little grainy.

Great taste. A lot of these type of drink mixes have a weird flavor to them. This one taste really good. Definitely worth a try a great alternative to the sugared varieties of energy drinks. I like that they are in individually wrapped packages which make it easy to throw in your purse your gym bag to always have them on hand.

4D is a simple, tasty, and effective way to recover from a workout or prepare for exertion! It is a flavorful powder that is diluted in 16 ounces of water. It is packed with vitamins and minerals, but also dairy, gluten, soy and GMO free. It is also vegan and keto friendly. I thought the taste was refreshing and I was impressed it contained 10 vitamins, minerals, yet no calories! I did feel a boost after drinking it! The only downside I see is that it contains sucralose ( to be sugar free) and some people are sensitive to this sugar substitute. Overall I would recommend this product!

This energy/hydration drink is awesome. It has great flavor and definitely keeps you hydrated. I used it during tennis matches in the heat of the summer and it helps alot with all the liquid I am losing in the hot summer months. It is also good for a time when you feel like you need an extra boost of energy throughout the day. It is nice also that is has no sugar or calories. The packaging is very convenient, as I can take the packets on the road and mix with my water.

I use this product everyday. I drink it while I’m at work or while I’m on my way to and at the gym. I like that it gives plain water a flavor and it seems to help keep me focused. The only thing I don’t like is the flavor is really strong for me. I love plain water and don’t need to add anything but I love that 4D gives me the extras to get through my day. I do only mix 1/2 of the packet to my 24oz water bottle. For me it makes it the perfect flavor and delicious to drink. This will be something I will continue to use.

I like the flavor of this product. However, I have had some gastrointestinal issues after using this product. First few times I drank on empty stomach and some had nausea/vomiting. I tried with food and still had nausea issues throughout the day which is not usual for me

I've been a long term Spark user, so I was excited to review 4D. After using the product for 1 month, I love 4D! I really enjoyed the taste (Tropical Punch), consistency and ease mixing 4D. The energy, and mental focus is incredible. The only slight downside was getting use to the energy level the first couple of servings.

I usually drink another energy drink mess but haven’t had the best experience so I decided to try something different and I am so happy I did! Not only do I see better results for myself, but the taste is so much better, no disgusting after taste. I look forward to drinking this each day and breaking my fast with this. Highly recommend for people looking for a healthier alternative to energy drinks and supplements. You will not regret it!
