I ordered the product because I was recently hospitalized, with a contributing problem being dehydration. The product tastes quite good and is very easy to mix. I am still taking them, but not only because of the dehydration problem, but because they taste quite good. They are so easy to mix and go well with other snacks such as crackers, popcorn or peanuts. I don't think I would have bought them if it hadn't been for this review process but I will purchase them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone with or without the need for improving dehydration. The flavor is like a cherry taste. I am impressed with how many vitamins it contains and the fact that it is sugar free. I didn't know it until I received it in the mail but it is also Keto friendly which goes along with my present diet.

I really liked the idea of no sugar or calories which was the main reason I tried these. The convenience of the individual packets is great so you can have them with you wherever you go. I almost always have a bottle or travel cup of water with me and it’s nice to be able to add flavoring sometimes especially with the added benefits this product provides. I definitely felt more energy without any jitters like you might get from a regular energy drink. I would use these again however I would choose a different flavor as I found the Tropical Punch a bit too sweet for me. I also think it would be nice if you could purchase a box that had a variety of flavors especially the first time you try them.

This supplement has a strong flavor so I only used half a pack in my water. I liked to use it mid-day when I get a little sleepy. It gives me that kick I need to finish my day. Also it doesn't give me any side effects like shaking or crashing. I would recommend it for an energy booster.

I followed the instructions of mixing, and in 20 minutes I could feel the effects of the energy boost. A little more heart palpitations than expected but that could be easily remedied by adding maybe more water. The effect that I was not expecting was the tummy rumbling. It was quiet pronounced and I did feel more bloated over the next 3 hours. The flavor was OK, as good as punch can be.

I like that it comes in packets for convenience which makes it easy to carry with you and pour into a water bottle when you need it. I'm not as active in the cooler weather, so didn't experience any energy boost or focus when I used the product. The fruit punch flavor was good, but I don't like the artificial sweetener after-taste. If you are an active person, you might get good results from this product.

The taste is not that bad for being an energy drink. It did give me a boost of energy to get things done without the crash afterwards. The packaging makes it easy to take along and pour it into my cup of water or a water bottle. It mixes well with a stir or a shake and isn’t gritty.

Your standard little tube powder mix with water and kaboom you have a high energy, and all the other things it loaded with stuff but not the bad stuff it's vegan and gluten friendly , the taste is not bad I can tell in the after taste it has that fake sugar but really overall great taste

I am always looking for an alternative to high sugar, bad additive sports drinks. This product has an amazing amount of vitamins and sport specific nutrients. It is packaged well in a self contained rip top box. I didn’t it mix with the recommended amount of water, mainly because it would be too sweet. The powder mixed well with water, but would likely settle with time. I thought the flavor was good, however, my wife thought it had a little chemical smell. Regardless, a slightly imperfect smell or taste is a small sacrifice for a high quality, high nutrient Sports Drink alternative. It is also much better flavored and has a better makeup than other comparable products on the shelves.

This product is absolutely fabulous to drink. It clearly quenched my thirst after a vigorous day of gardening in my yard. So easy to open and keep on hand when needed for a pick me up. Great flavor and easy to drink. I found a whole packet can be halved between two 16 oz water bottle. Or use a whole packet for more flavor with added full energy. Keeping packets in my purse or desk allows me to drink more water and enjoying it.
