This energy drink mix was really good. The flavor was amazing and it helped me focus. I just said on the box and help me with focus endurance immune, boosting, skin health don’t care and electrolytes. It really did help me help me focus on an amount of things as well as endurance, as well as endurance. I drank it during my Pickleball match with friends, and it really helped me doing that. I wouldn’t say this is an advantage, but it helped a lot.

Finally, tropical punch flavored! I added an entire packet to @ 16 oz water bottle. Too sweet for my liking. Next time I put 1/2 packet into a 16 oz water bottle and the flavor was much better. I did feel a little mental clarity prior to my workout. Thankfully it doesn’t contain an insane amount of caffeine. I will continue using this drink mix prior to my workouts.

Overall this seems to be a quality product. Great blend of vitamins and electrolytes which I love. And the flavor doesn’t taste artificial which is wonderful. I knocked off a star as it is way too sweet for me. I mixed the first one up in 20oz of water and it about knocked me over with sweetness. To get it to where I enjoy it, I need about 32oz of water, but that waters the rest of the electrolytes down a lot… which is a bummer to me. Overall great, just too sweet.

Tastes like Kool-Aid. Did not notice a difference in energy level pre or post workout. Part of any perceived benefit may be due to the fact that you will be well-hydrated because you are supposed to mix the 4D powder with 16 to 24 ounces of water and drink it at least 30 minutes before exercising. Has stevia in it.

I’m very excited about the ingredients in this product. I usually stay away from energy drinks due to sugar content or other unnecessary things. 4stars because it takes a bit to dissolve- chunks were floating around. I also am not a huge fan of fruit punch, tropical punch but this isn’t too overpowering. I do like it in 24 ozs of water vs 16 ozs. It didn’t make me jittering - it’s about equivalent to a cup of strong coffee. It’s made in the USA and I’m interested in trying the other flavors- peach tea, pina colada. If you want a healthier energy drink I’d suggest giving this a try. If I continue to drink this product I can stop many of my supplements because they are in this product. It’s a bit pricey but if I can get vitamin A, C, D, E,K all the B’s and glucosamine then it is worth the price.

I love how I can take this with me on the go and quickly give me a boost of energy. I gave 4 stars because it does have a ton of caffeine (150mg) and recommends 1-2 packs a day which is a lot, but other than that it’s great. It tastes good like a tropical mango flavor, it’s smooth not grainy, and easy to drink.

I was a little skeptical at first because there are many similar products on the market but I was happily surprised by not only the flavor but how well it works. It’s always nice when it tastes just as good as it works. The tropical punch flavor reminds me of a punch. Also loved to see it was made in America and provides vitamins and energy based on a base of water.

The 4D energy packs are great if you’re looking for a pre-workout boost, or some energy that’s not from caffeine. The tropical punch flavor is nice and very drinkable. One packet works great to mix into a small bottled water. I appreciate that there’s nothing artificial in it, nor is it loaded with sugar. Since the ingredients are all natural, I don’t feel jittery or get that pit of my stomach feeling like similar products.

Pretty decent as far as drink mixes go, although Tropical Punch flavor is kind of worn out. Personally, I prefer liquid drink mixes so as to not have to dissolve the powder and risk it clumping up. Hard to beat that it’s sugar free and provides a a good mixture of vitamins and only 150mg caffeine per packet (not too much, not too little)

For the most part I enjoyed 4D premium. I enjoyed the tropical punch taste and did not have a bad aftertaste like other similar products. I do feel like it gave me a boost of energy and more endurance. I was very impressed with the amount of vitamins included in 4D. The only negatives I experienced was do not drink on empty stomach and do not drink to fast or you may experience a little nausea.
