It definitely does what it claims for enhancement of energy, not neccesarily hydrating though. I got the fruit pinch punch flavor a d would recommend it! I would say to use more water than what it calls for just because of how strong the flavor is, other than that its amazing.

I ordered the product because I was recently hospitalized, with a contributing problem being dehydration. The product tastes quite good and is very easy to mix. I am still taking them, but not only because of the dehydration problem, but because they taste quite good. They are so easy to mix and go well with other snacks such as crackers, popcorn or peanuts. I don't think I would have bought them if it hadn't been for this review process but I will purchase them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone with or without the need for improving dehydration. The flavor is like a cherry taste. I am impressed with how many vitamins it contains and the fact that it is sugar free. I didn't know it until I received it in the mail but it is also Keto friendly which goes along with my present diet.

I’ve been using it while playing pickleball for hydration and a little kick. I busted used it down in Daytona for a tournament, it works great. Great flavor, no after taste, with just the right amount of sodium and electrolytes. The single packets make it easy to throw in your bag and just pour into your water bottle. I highly recommend this product!!!!

This 4D Energy Tropical Punch flavor has a nicely sweetened taste to it which I really enjoyed! I love that they come in packets making it easy to take with you anywhere. I really like to use it midday which gives me a little pick-me-up boost and helps me make it thru the rest of my day. It also helps curb my appetite so I don't reach for that unhealthy snack. I really enjoy it and would recommed it.

I really haven't decided how I feel about this product but am pushed to review it. This 4D has 150 mgs of caffeine and made me somewhat jittery. However, I was able to decrease the time of my 3.5 mile daily walk, but only by 3 minutes. I am going to continue to evaluate it as time goes on. So, I am rating it as a 3 out of five because I am not sure it is an extremely valuable product.

I liked the energy levels I got. The flavor is okay. It’s not the worst but it smelled a bit like vitamin supplement pills. I personally don’t like that kind of taste but some people might not mind it. I don’t know if this is a product I would regularly purchase though.

If you like fruit punch then this is a good tasting drink. I rated this a 4 star because I feel this is too strong for the 16-20 oz recommended. It mixed well, no chunk or grainy taste and provided a little boost in energy. There is no salt taste like other hydration drinks on the market.

This 4D mix has a good flavor. It took a lot of shaking to get it to mix well. Taste was good and did feel energized about 2-3 hours afterwards. Not a fan of of the sucralose that is in this mix. Stevia is great to use. Tropical punch is what I tried and it tasted great mixed with cold water.

Pros: product is easy to use and dissolves completely (others taste gritty, this one doesn't). Flavor is pleasantly mild, not too sweet, and there's no unpleasant aftertaste. Makes a twenty ounce bottle of water a little bit easier to drink before exercise. Cons; I'm just not sure how well it works. I didn't feel all that promised energy or any improved recovery. Probably worth it for the sugar free hydration, and if you get more than that, BONUS!

I use this in the mornings to replace coffee. Its okay for a drink but I prefer liquid IV for my rehydration drink and electrolytes. There is an aftertaste bit its not to terrible. I think a different flavor than fruit punch would be better. I asked my teenage son to use it while hes at football camp and he liked it. I dont feel jittery after drinking it so thats a positive. Depending on price I would would recommend it to others.
